Use this product to protect my iMac computer! Lightning storm knocked out power while I was using computer and the battery back-up allowed me to save my work and shut down my computer without any issues. When power was restored, I simply hit the reset button to be back on normal power. Worked Great!

A battery is not the most exciting purchase ever but the fact that it's not attracting my attention speaks well for it. I got a good price here - the best I found, it arrived on time - and - it works. It does what it is supposed to do without my having to think about it. So - five stars!

I chose this particular CyberPower 650Va model because of the capacity or simply how long it power my computer, monitor and external drives. Certainly there are less expensive models but at the compromise of Power On Time after an electrical outage. This one seems to be an excellent blend of cost verses external power failure. Nothing could be worse than a electrical failure or "bump" while saving your files; then loosing everything.

This is replacing one that gave at least 10 good years of service that just got old. Cyberpower units have saved my data several times when we experienced power failures. I have been able to save any documents and shut down safely. The alarm will also let you know if there is a power failure at night.

I knew I needed a surge protection and my geeky brother suggested I needed a continuous power supply as well. Research only confused the issue as I was supposed to figure the power needs of my equipment while all I wanted to know was what unit would be large enough and yet economical. Best Buy helped with the information on-line about all power supplies and in the store, the employee in the computer department helped me decide on this unit. So far so good as I no longer have had problems with dips in electric levels which had occurred almost daily, sometimes shutting my computer off without warning. Why didn't I get a unit years ago before my desktop was fried and my data all but lost!!!

I bought this battery backup for my daughter's laptop that she uses at home for college work. I have always bought APC products in the past and was curious about the Cyberpower. It's a great UPS with a good feature set. It was easy to set up and the monitoring software is very well done.

I ordered this for my new computer, and we had a power flicker just a few hours after I set it up! It worked perfectly. There is software included that will let you check the status of the battery and tell the unit what to do if it loses power (such as turn off the computer). Very useful!

Is hooked to my computer and printer with the credit card payment reader. When I print the battery screams at me. So it can’t handle all three items.

This was purchased for a desktop pc and flat screen TV. We live in the country and experience numerous short power outages. They only last for a few seconds, but enough to shut off the pc and tv. This keeps both going until the power is back on. It's a good purchase!

So, we live in an older home mixed with modern day amenities. We have a big TV and so many gaming consoles and other electronics. So during a storm, when all the powers went out, this kept everything going for an additional 10 minutes before we had to manually power them off.

I have a UPS for each of my computers including my laptops. I believe having a UPS has saved my systems many time, we actually have lost other electrical equipment that was not attached to a UPS. I replace all my UPSs every two years or sooner. They have never let me down.

If you need more than a couple of minutes of power than this is the UPS for you. It works great, lasts about thirty minutes with a desktop computer attached or with a TV and stereo. You can expect about four years of use before the battery no longer takes a charge.

I bought this UPS to run my NVR receiver to prevent any power spikes. I've used CyberPower units before and really like the PowerPanel Personal software app that can be used to monitor the UPS. Great unit, great price. I totally recommend this product.
