It's a great product for those who doesn't want there system to shut off or trip for a second. This product has different timing according to load we put on this. I recommend for those who have a security cameras, or servers installed must buy this. This will protect your system.

This replaced a battery back-up that I've had for a few years. At one point lightning damaged a computer, and when I contacted the company they arranged to get me a replacement, and also quickly reimbursed my repair costs. Great and outstanding customer service.

We needed this new battery back up system. Our old computer crashed so we bought a new ibuypower along with a new back up power supply. Power supply does its job well. The computer had a learning curve and has pluses and minuses, but I think there are more pluses than minuses.

Purchased battery backup, charged for 24 hours, battery backup outlets did not work, non-battery backup outlets did work, called CyberPower. They sent me new working unit right away and included free shipping on return of defective battery. Great service from CyberPower.

Great for plugging in those wide 'boxey" plugs side by side into the sockets. Some battery back-ups have lots of sockets, but they are too close together to be able to use all the sockets in a row. Would have given 5 stars, but it was difficult to plug into the slots for the first time. It took some effort to push the plug into the socket opening, but great otherwise.

Living on a DEAD END POWER LINE, power outages are a common occurrence. This unit has been on the job for 3 or 4 years now and still working fine.

Not a great UPS but still good for the price. It gets the job done.

Use this for a computer with 2 monitors system. Bought the smaller backup trying to save money and in the long run spent more in time and money! Had alarm sounding and shutting down. Check what your equipment draws. Had it for almost a month and no issues.

Needed a small UPS for Amp, Turntable, Sub-woofer, computer, monitor, and printer. CyberPower just past the big test last weekend when an intense thunder and lightning storm took out the neighbors and my eq. stayed online long enough to power it all off.

UPS devices are unexciting. Still we need them. I've used CyberPower, TripLite, APC and others and frankly don't see a lot of difference. This one works as it should. I expect it will last as long as the others. No 5 star because there is nothing exceptional about it. It is a UPS. It keeps the computer on when the power goes out. That is all it needs to do.

I use this as a surge protector for my TV / Stereo system. Works fine

I have bought these before in this brand and they work great! If you have ever had a problem with your internet blipping in and out this is a good item to have also to keep your computer from being damaged. My previous units in this brand lasted many years also.
