This is a UPS for a computer. I was going to just replace the battery in my old UPS but the price for this unit is only about $5 more than just a battery for my old unit. So, in this case, I have newer electronics and a new battery for only $5 more.

I am happy with it so far -I have had no problems with it.

had one system out of 5 that the product did not work like it should, replaced and product still would not hold for more than 3 min. So compatibility may be an issue...just be careful, support will just try to send you another even though you had tried two already..

Not sure if this purchase will work out. It' been plugged into the outlet for hours and still is not able to power any devices, even when it's plugged into the outlet.

I've always used CyberPower UPS units for my electronic equipment and found them to be reliable. I'm just hoping this 650VA unit will give me at least a couple more minutes battery back-up time than the 450VA units I already have.

The quality of the UPS will most likely exceed the warranty period, which is always a good thing. This is the second one of these that I have purchased in the past 7 years. First one exceeded the warranty by a few years.

Heavy duty enough for all of my needs. The location of the plug in receptacles was just right. The controls were intuitive. I would buy it again.

Found this unit on sale. I will use it to primarily keep my modem, router, and switch on battery.

Had a burned out power supply and I was wanting to purchase something that wasn't as expensive as the APC UPSs generally are. This was mid range and it has run all the power requirements that I had for the single PC that I was plugging it into. It's simple and it works. This does NOT come with power management software.

We purchased the CyberPower 650VA back-up battery as our previous battery bit the dust. We checked out Walmart and a few other places but liked the features on this back-up battery best. All-in-all we are very pleased with our purchase.

Plugged the box in overnight (as recommended). Can't tell how well it works for sure since I have not had a power failure, I like the spacing of the outlets which made it easy to plug in my electronics. It's working as expected.

My old one died suddenly after 6 years of non-stop use, and I needed a replacement ASAP. Not only did Best Buy have the latest model #, but it was on sale for almost half-price! What a lifesaver! Thank you Best Buy!!
