It meets my needs for backing up my computer and accessory attachments.

Widely spaced outlets very useful. Don't understand why in this day some electronic devices still have a plug end the size of a shoebox. Note: battery is not replaceable, basically a disposable UPS. Would prefer to at least have the option to replace battery. For that reason I would not recommend.

This product was reasonably priced and will provide the power I need.

Solid feel, but heavy and somewhat bulkily in terms of its size.

Serves the purpose needed when we switched to TWC internet service.

Decent battery back up with more coverage than other brands

Can't turn off the alarms (even though it claims you can), so have fun listening to a high pitched nonstop tone if it ever trips. Unit sometimes lets you use the control software on your PC, other times, greys everything out, but even if you do get lucky and can change the alarms to off, it doesn't care and will give you a nice alarm anyway. I guess it knows what it thinks to do better than the user telling it what to do. Backup time is really less than 2 minutes under a normal load if you only have a 20" Monitor and PC tower. Has gone off 3 times in 2 weeks in the middle of the night with a high pitch power outage tone (even though the power never went out), again, nonstop tone so you have no choice but to crawl out of bed at 3:00 stumble to get to the power supply and turn it off, then lay awake in bed for the next 2 hours wondering why. I have a voltage monitor installed on many outlets in my home & my home power has not dropped below 114v or over 122v and never varies from 53-56 Hz, so there is no reason for this to happen because it is in the specs of the device as "safe", so the only explanation I can give is this is a very an inferior product. Taking it back tomorrow and paying the extra 15 bucks for a non-generic manufactured backup power supply. Save yourself time and aggravation. Stay away from this unit. Does not work as claimed and gives no real user control. There are many better brands that are respected and verified good. Don't do like me, research all options first and don't try to save 10-20 bucks, you'll be a lot happier.

Great product and it's backed by a great warranty.

This has now failed twice. I actually talked to the cyber power tech guy when it failed the first time to make sure it was the correct one for my setup and he assured me it was. too many issues.

I purchased this backup power supply to replace one (different brand) for a number of years that just ran out of juice. The one I have now is a replacement from Best Buy as the initial one simply did not workl; the battery simply would not charge.
