I find it very interesting that there is a power switch on the unit but that the half of receptacles which are not protected by battery power are still powered even when the switch is off.

I bought a CyberPower UPS about a year ago, and it just died. I'm giving them one more chance before I go back to APC. Yes the cost is less, but I'm questioning the quality at this point.

Its okay for small electronics. I recommend it only if you use it something that draws more power than a small laptop or something like that

Does the job but at least once didn’t revert to AC power after a momentary power loss. Had to turn it off and back on manually.

It works effectively. As to how long the product will last, I have yet to say.

Works fine, UPS no tested under load yet. Will add new review after the next power outage.

This lasted a couple months then started beeping at random times throughout the day and night and wouldn't quit until I turned it off and back on again. I had only an LED TV and a PS4 hooked up and they were not even on when the thing would fail. it was probably a bad battery. That said, after arguing a little with the manufacturer, they did accept it back and replaced it under warranty. Hopefully #2 works better.

Work for modem and LCD Monitor, but not for PC. Restarted

power has not gone out - so I guess it works as it is suppose to

Purchased unit new last December. Had a power outage about 6 months ago (and the unit performed adequately) Had a ~3 second power outage during a thunderstorm last night and the unit completely failed. Lost everything I was working on. This was my 4th best buy UPS and it will be my last.

I bought two of these and neither one worked. Back to Best Buy to exchange for same but with a test before leaving the store. The Geek Squad technician could not get the two other to work. Si I returned the units and bought the APC brand units. They were the same price and the wired fine as we tested those before I left the store. Thank you Best Buy for the easy exchange, testing and return.

Had one for about five years or so, it died. Got another, slight increase in capacity only one side of the panel worked. Took it back, got another. Same problem. since I have a whole house backup generator, a team member explained to me I probably didn't need the battery backup, so just got a more powerful surge protector. The product worked fine on its first iteration

I made a mistake and plugged my first one into a power strip, which the instructions say not to do. The second one did not power my breathing machine during a power outage. Fortunately I was ok. I was able to return them all for a full refund. The price is right, but They seem way to finicky, for example, they do not like working with power strips or extension cords.

I reconfigured all my wiring and made sure everything was correct. Today we had a major rain and hail storm (in July) and I guess this backup battery needed a backup, because it seems to be dead! What now? I bought it for the very reason of having backup during a power outage, but the power outage is in the backup battery.

charged 35.00 for restocking fee never told this would apply. will be closing my account. and shopping else ware. the cell was a gift for my son.

The quality of this product is very poor, I bought a few of them and many of them did not perform well with power outages and burned

This is my second attempt to buy a UPS and in both cases they did not work. Taking the second one back and going somewhere else to buy.

I used it barely 3 times then stop working! definitely the worst item I'd ever bought! Never again!!!

Unit kept freezing up, and shutting down computer. I never even got to try it during a power outage
