After charging battery overnight, didn't turn on. Returning to store.

This one lasted me just shy of six and a half years.Great item, just replaced it with the 850

I have 2 gaming pcs that I hooked these up to. Previously I had 2 good surge protectors connected to them but felt i should take it a step further considering how much money I have invested in my pcs. I also happen to live in an apartment complex that has flaky power. This morning the power went off for a few seconds and then came back on again. Luckily, one of my pcs was powered off and the other one was in sleep mode. The price was good, reviews good, and these ups's were very easy to setup. I downloaded the PowerPanel Personal software from their website and it provides some valuable info and I was able to do a self test. I expected them to be heavier than they were. Even though there is a label indicating that these need to be charged for 8 hrs before use, it seems like mine were both fully charged. So far Im very happy with these and the peace of mind was worth the cost. Hopefully they last a while.

Was on Sale when I purchased it. I needed to replace my battery backup for my register system and this one fit the bill perfectly. It has more sockets than my current supplied one from my register company, has the same amount of power so I have no complaints, especially when its a lot cheaper at Best Buy than my cash register company

I have a custom built gaming PC running on this unit. With Core i7, 16GB of Ram, Asus Motherboard and GTX770 video card, at full load I pull about 250W, so this UPS is handling it perfectly. I first tried a cheaper one, 450VA model, and it was overloaded by my system, this unit is only $20 more, and also can be connected to a computer with a USN cable to be used with Power Panel Software, so I think it's better value overall.

This was a replacement for another manufacturer UPS. I expect this one to work as well as that one did until it stopped. This one is also a little cheaper.

This back up works great. I plan on getting more just like it. When power goes out things plugged in to this stay on.

Very good equipment and dependable. The batteries life goes beyond three years in most cases.

Good product for the price, but we really needed one more plug to be powered by the UPS.

I have several of these surge protectors in my home and have had them foe several years. We lose power quite often do they are very good to have to protect our. Expensive tvs etc.

Great product for using at work for all the plugs for modem necessary for a small business

I charged the unit for 48 hours. I then plugged my computer and my monitor into two of the battery back up slots. I then plugged into the surge protection slots two other electronic devices. As soon as I did the alarm went off. I then unplugged everything but the computer and monitor. Now at least three times a day the alarm goes off and 30 to 35 seconds later it shuts off. No power surge. No loss of power. No explanation for why the alarm goes off and it shuts down. Also 30 to 35 seconds is not enough time to shut down any computer I have ever owned.
