We’ve had several thunderstorms since and have not been struck by lightning (yet). As simple to install as just plugging it in, then untangling all the other cords and plugging them in to the unit. And it appears to be working. Who knows, sometimes I think it’s just another ploy to get us consumers to spend. If anything changes I will update this review,—- or not, —-ya never know.

So I expected a bit of difficulty with getting it replaced just for those reasons. However, Sean, my BestBuy go-to guy, completely had me taken care of in a flash. Completely A+ Service...really from the whole team.
