Rather than go through the hassle of ordering a replacement battery for the old one, I found it more convenient to buy a new unit. I have been buying the CyberPower backups for some time, and am very satisfied with them.

I found that the UPS had failed and it sizzled when I tried to powercycle it. I bought this unit to replace it. Works great. I wish the ports were rotated 90 degrees. It would be more accepting or transformers that way.

Bought this one to replace the one we've had for a few years, I guess because a surge took out the old one. I'd rather replace one of these than our camera systems dvr.
