The first 2 were APC and I never had a problem with them at all. For years the APCs performed flawlessly. That's why I LOVE APC!! This time I figured I would try a cheaper brand since it's just to power little modem and router in next room. Wow, what huge a mistake! This thing runs out of power within 3 minutes now, and it's not even 1 year old. When I first got it, it would stay on for about an hour or more with just the modem and router. Good thing I got the extra coverage, I'm taking it back tomorrow and getting an APC with the in store credit.
