Although the battery needs to be charged 8+ hours before use, I was told by a Best Buy employer that somehow it needed to be charge while still on. Doesn’t quite make sense to me given that it was straight out of the box with no juice. After finally getting it to charge, the best it could do was charge my phone a little bit before going dying on me twice. For whatever reason, Best Buy has no record of purchase. How convenient.
