My APC 550VA never stumbled at startup like this does (gives alert that there's battery drain occurring during startup), but the Mac Pro starts and then has no issues thereafter.

Power went out during the recent winds. It turned off. It did work when we turned the power off manually a week before for some work, so no clue why it stopped this time. Gonna have to exchange it.
