Great, lie flat UPS, but lacks USB charging out. It has a lot of outlets, and the lie flat design makes it easy to see what is going on with all of the outlets. Some other brands have gone to taller designs, with less outlets, but have a couple of 2.4 Amp USB outlets. However, you can buy a twin 2.4 Amp charger fairly cheaply and plug it into one of the many outlets on this big UPS, so it is a minor point.

I really like the fact that it had a lot of outlets compared to other models. Nice size also.

great product for the price. These battery back up systems do have a lifespan but while they work they are great and they give you plenty of warning when they need to be replaced

Easy to set up, has been reliable and works as designed. We use it on an iMac.

Bought this to replace a similar surge and backup system which I'd used for 9 years. Plenty of outlets, good battery backup time, and an unbeatable surge suppressor. First Class!!

It's exactly what it's supposed to be. With the added bonus of having room for power supply bricks that would normally take up more than one plug by space alone.

after loosing a days work because of a power failure followed by repeated electrical surges while the power company worked, i said enough was enough, and went looking for a fairly priced reasonable solution, starting at BestBuy, as I always do for tech stuff. Sure enough, found what i needed at a reasonable price, and if functions as i expected. I will refer the item to others.

This thing is a little work horse. I have my TV, Xfinity receiver and internet modem plugged into it. Out power went off for a few minutes while I was watching TV and on the internet and there was no interruption at all. It kicked in instantly. I don't know how long it would have lasted since the power came back on after a few minutes. I think I'll plug a lamp into it too ;-)

I already had one of these that had been working great. When I needed another one it was a no-brainer what I wanted. The first one came from another big box store. No name but initials BB. I went online and found this one for $10 less and delivered to my door. I didn’t need to go to the store to pick it up. I wish I found this one the first time.

Was advised it's better to purchase a battery backup surge protector, I agreed. My first purchase of this type of product, so far I am very pleased, but haven't had any power outages yet =). It's heavy and needs ample room.

Works like a charm, only had it a month so far. Plenty of spots to plug in all my electronic's from my television to my computer and all the components too.

Second one I buy for my electronic equipment. I still have my first one with my home computer and this second one now for my new office setup. Life saver when lights go out, everything on the battery backup stays on long enough to finish up and shutdown my computer. Also protects from voltage instability, and I've lost most computers to that, not anymore. Great buy!

Great for home entertainment systems. Plug everything into the the outlets on this battery back up and everything is protected from power failure and surges.

I use this to have power back up for my monitors and my printer so I can keep working when the power goes out. This UPS gets the job done.

I am using this to protect a router and cable modem. So far it's worked quietly with no problems. Nice feature is a mute button if the power goes off.

Installed and working great. Good price. Takes up very little space.
