There really isn't anything negative to say. I love this thing. One awesome feature this has that my old backup didn't, is USB connectivity. It plugs into a USB port on your PC and lets you know how much charge is left in the backup.

I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW BATTERY BACK-UP SYSTEM.

got this back up battery for my security cameras. it works great whenever we have power failure. of course depending on the amount of equipment pluged in is the actual time system will be running. it has 5 surge and back up plugs and 6 surge protected plugs.

I use this product for work and it has had no problems since purchase a few months ago.

Purchased to support my NAS, Modem, Wifi router and it has worked like a charm. We lose power here more than I would expect. The UPS hasn't failed yet. I like it's communication feature with the NAS that will shut down the NAS before the battery expires.

Truthfully, I won't know how well this works until I need it and then we shall see. The price for the features was fair.

Got this due to storm and lightning that cause outage on computer. This does the job.

I purchased this as a placeholder for a failed UPS (also CyperPower) that was being replaced under warranty. I didn't want my PC to be plugged directly into house power because the power company isn't the most reliable. The UPS works well, good build quality, nice spacing on the outlets. I now have it on my old, spare PC and it is working fine, gives enough power to maintain the computer and monitor and peripherals for a clean shutdown, or until the generator kicks in during a long power outage. I have four CyberPower units and only had one fail and it was replaced promptly via their advance RMA process after it was determined the entire unit was faulty and not just the batteries.

Purchased for work. Saved work computers in an antiquated building with poor wiring.

It's hard to tell how well a battery back up and surge protector work until they are called into service. So far so good, I've not had a power outage to test the system with but I do like all of the outlets capable of keeping my equipment safe!

An important addition to any computer setup. 4 transformer outlets makes for a lot of flexibility on where things can plug in.

Great price, works great. Our power “blinks” every now and then, and we have the occasional short term power outage, usually not more than a a few minutes. However, we no longer have to worry about having saved our current working files on the computer, since this keeps the tower and monitor, etc. on at all times. Hasn’t been tested for long-term, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I owned a previous model of this product that served me well for many years. This experience plus the reviews I read helped me determined that this was the best product in the price range.

This backup battery works really good and I would buy it again.

We use this model under desks because it has several outlets including ones for surge only which are needed for lamps and such. We purchase this one because you get 850VA for the same price of 625VA from other vendors.

Hard to review this item until the power goes out. So far it works fine. Usually I buy backup products like this only to insure that I’ll never have to use it. With that in mind this product gets 5 stars.... for now...

Seems to work very well and has no noise like some of the other cheap ones.

Works great; lots of outlets. affordable, and does not take up too much space.

I was a little disappointed to see a minimal selection in store with a lot of outlets. This seemed to be the best one but was a little more than I wanted to pay.
