Easy to connect to computer system and establish control parameters for shut down sequence during power failure. I control my main PC as well as internet modem, wireless router and Verizon cell phone booster. This essentially eliminates nuisance loss of internet signal due to power flicks and surges during storms or power grid fluctuations.

Really like that this battery back- up has six battery / surge protection outlets and six surge protection only outlets. Twelve outlets handled all my needs.

I have always purchased APC products but decided to see what else was available. After doing considerable research everything I read about CyberPower was very positive and equal to APC products. Now that I am retired I look for good products that offer better value. This CyberPower unit matched my requirements and cost less than the comparable APC unit. As of today I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend people look at CyberPower.

My old battery backup system was failing and starting blinking lights at me. Off to Best Buy to find an exact copy of my 5 old year old unit. No such luck. Technology has improved and I purchased one even better with more outlets and explanations on how to use them efficiently. The price was the same as the unit from 5 years ago since I checked my old receipt. Again my equipment is safe from brown outs and power failures..

I almost spent $60.00 more then I needed to. I was in between buying this unit or another unit that was $60.00 more. I did not want to under purchase. Confused. I decided to contact the Best Buy online support tech. I thought for sure he was going to say "go ahead and purchase the more expensive unit!" Instead, he ended up spending about twenty minutes asking what equipment I was planning to protect. After reviewing the answers, he actually recommended the less expensive unit. He even called the manufacturers to make sure it had the software to schedule automatic shutdowns, which it does. Easy to set up and use. If it stops functioning, I can always use it as a boat anchor. Built like a brick**** house. I am impressed. And no, I do not work for Best Buy.

This battery has been working great at keeping my electronics running smoothly through brown-outs, power blips, and complete losses of power. The beep it makes is certainly loud, but can be muted for use in a bedroom or office.

Bought two of these as I'm installing two individual PC's and need to have them both be able to automatically shut down with the enclosed software. I have used these before and not had any issues with them and don't expect any with these. Just make sure you plug the devices you want to have battery back-up into the appropriate receptacles and those just needing surge protection into the ones marked for that.

i purchased this based on a friend who has the same brand. i absolutely love it; right now im using it as a backup for my PS4; TV; CABLE MODEM; ROUTER; SWITCH and PS3. i needed something mainly for surges and this device is awesome; i only have the necessities plugged in such as the router modem ps4 in case of a power outage. i would recommend this to anyone; instructions were easy to follow.

We bought this to run our Security system and wifi/cable when the power is off. The power has gone off a few time and it worked great was able to use the wifi on my ipad . This one does not Beep as soon as the power goes off like the small ones do it did start beeping letting us know the back up was low but not until it had been power or system for a while

I have my TV attached to the device. In the last 2 weeks I have had 8 brown outs and 2 totally dead outages. This back up system keeps the TV safe and continues to run during all the outages. For the 2 dead outages I had to actually shut the TV down because I had no idea how long the power would be. But I did that not the outage which would hurt the TV. So the TV still works perfectly.
