Many outlets and it works properly. You cant plug a big draw into the battery ports (printers, fridge, etc...) but can be plugged into surge only. Great size and run time for the price.

I bought this battery backup system to replace my old one. The 12 outlets are of tremendous support when have to install your PC, printer, scanner, speakers, and other power outlets.

A sudden power outage killed my last computer. Despite being on a surge protector. This product has already proven itself on two separate incidents. I would recommend it to anyone.

With all the weather related power outages this became a must have! Provides plenty of time to properly power down computers. Also had enough power left to recharge my pad!

I currently have my Xbox one, cable box, 60" plasma television, modem, and router hooked up to it. Modem, cable box and router was able to successfully keep running 15 minutes after power.

Opens single wide garage door in a power failure, allowing you to leave the house if necessary. Unit is too heavy, however and is difficult to mount next to garage door opener.

Needed another backup device for my server. Looked at many and finally decided on this one. The "brick" plugs from WD hard drives fits perfectly on this. Works great and does it's job.

This item provides a solid battery backup for my Mac. It allows for a normal shutdown in the event of a power loss. The price was right for the job!

I can only comment on the set up of the product so far. I have not noticed any surges since I started using it a couple of weeks ago so I can only assume it is working.

If possible charge overnight, to ensure its battery is fully charged. I liked the price and it did the job! Wish it had an led power light or something, but not totally necessary!

We have a new phone system which needs battery backup in order to function if we lose power. With just the phone being the issue, we think this model will provide enough time in the usual power outage situation we have experienced here. Won't know for sure until the time comes to employ the unit.

Took my old pack in and sales person took me to the item and I was out of the store in 20 min. Charged the pack for several hours and all is running perfectly! Thanks Best Buy!

This battery backup and surge protector has thus far done its job well. I have had no issues with this product, and it has more than enough receptacles for me to utilize.

Easy to connect to computer system and establish control parameters for shut down sequence during power failure. I use it with my PC as well as internet modem and NAS.

This does an excellent job of keeping power available to my electronics during brief power outages.

I saw some thing like this at my girl friends house on her mac and after the big storm, I new I had to have one.

Had an old APC unit that served me well and finally died. this unit has been a joy to use. plenty of outlets and backup power to spare should the power go out.

This battery back up is a must for my computer for the protection. We've been having power outages lately so I feel safe knowing I have my computer connected to this.
