Product works likes it's supposed to and what it was intended for.

I have been using this brand for many years. It does the job but the battery does wear out. That is why I bought this one. Could have replaced the battery but I wanted more outlets than the old one had.

This product works well with my DVR.. I f the power goes out it keeps recording my show. I really like the mute button for the alarm when power goes out. Other similar products don't have this feature.

My previous battery backup by CYBERPower lasted 11 years for me. That was the main reason why I purchased another CYBERPower. This new unit has an additional two outlets compared to the old one.

Purchased a similar product 2 months before and it died. Company replaced rather than refunding $. This handles the power requirements of the system I'm using much better. I think you will like it greatly.

I've been using this UPS for a while and my TV is running perfect. Even during the storms if I lost electricity my TV stills working. I lost one tv during a lighting, not planning to do it again.

Unit has good selection of outlets and backup power works during power outage quirks from AEP> The software is not all that friendly but seems to give popup menus when there is a problem with the unit.

Bought this to replace a previous Cyber Power UPS that had worked well for many years. Battery had lost capacity and new unit price was comparable to replacement battery. Auto shutdown software is a nice feature.

Bought this for my desktop computer. Definateky worth the price.

We chose this UPS/surge protector for our office because it had sufficient amperage and outlets to operate out network equipment without additional extension cords to accommodate power adapter plugs.

Every once in awhile the power turns off then on again where I live for no reason and this battery backup helps to keep my computer and modem and internet phone running with out any problems....

DIDN'T USE THIS VERY MUCH BUT IT SEEMED TO WORK FINE

This is an great additional to my electronic family

I plugged it in and it works awesome. Very quiet; just don't plug Laser Printers or for that matter any printers into the "protected" outlets; only use the Surge or use a wall outlet.

Much lighter than the previous heavy UPS it replaced.

I use this product to keep my computer running and monitor running at all times. Also a great way to keep your voltage stable going to your electronic equipment. No complaints so far

I've purchased CyberPower products before and had always been impressed. I've been very happy with their products and especially like that you can buy generic replacement batteries.
