Best Buy is easy to deal with. I like using paypal to pay also. It arrived quickly, easy to set up and looks good for this type of thing. I wish I had bought two.

Tired of the same old APC UPS that I've had for years..and replacement batteries that don't last I decided to give Cyber Power a try. It's to early to comment on longevity or reliability..... but it worked when I plugged all my equipment in...that's all I can comment on presently.

I had to replace my old UPS in a hurry when it bit the dust. Researched reviews, ordered online, and got it the next day! Exactly as described!

Better and more power product than what it replaced. Plugs are located up front, not in the back of previous model used. Does the job.

First, let me say BestBuy was, is and always has been the best to get the electronics we need at great prices. I love BestBuy's! We replaced a cyber power 550 with this CyberPower - 850VA Battery Back-Up System hoping to protect our son's new Cyberpower Gaming pc from power surges, power outages, lightning storms. So far, just like the 550 this 850 does not keep his computer on during power surge or outage as it claimed it would on the box. It claimed it would keep the computer on for a short period of time but hasn't. Yet a different 550 we have on our IMAC does... Hopefully it will protect his computer even if it powers down.... Wish a had paid more and gotten one that would truly stay on for 30-60 minutes.

Worked well when power lost during hurricane. Computer was plugged into this device and transitioned to battery power without hesitation.

Already had it put to the test. One week after setup power went out for about 5 minutes. No interruption in power to modem, router or computer.

This is a protective device in which to plug in your Wi-Fi, Mobile home phone, Router, or any other device that needs a back up or protection.

Like the fact that this UPS has voltage regulation and a couple plug ins spaced apart from the others. No problems so far.

Have had several power outages in the last week and this UPS has worked very well. Switched over to battery instantly when power went off.

This backup is great, it comes with battery fully installed, no need to hook on the positive side to the battery. Great product

The outlets are laid out to maximize the utility of the device allowing the maximum number of plug ins. Great protection at a good price.

Works well just make sure you charge unit before attaching any devices to it, to make sure unit fully operates to maximum backup capability.

I purchased quite a few of these battery backups for different computer stations we have at work. We have never had an issue with them.

After a few power glitches in my office the back up power supply did its job of protecting and keeping computer on without missing a beat.

This unit works great to protect my new Ultra TV, DVD Player and Receiver system, with plenty of room for other connections

This is great device to have when your power goes out on your TV. Especially if your kids are in the middle of a game!
