The power of the unit allows me to use multiple systems and be assured I had the right back-up power to keep things going.

It is important to have an extra battery backup for the office. When I saw it on salw with free shipping, I knew it was a good deal.

I have not experienced any problems with the product, I followed the recommended start up process and it has performed as stated.

Works fine and it has plenty ports to plug in just about everything PC related. I have a server and many external Hard Drives connected without any trouble. I don't give 5 stars very often, sorry, it isn't the product, just me! ha ha ha

Needed a UPS that had 6 battery backup connections. This one fit the bill. Only time will tell how long the battery will last.

It just does what it should. The biggest mistake you can make is not charging it first. Be sure you do that first.

for my cyberpower ups that went bad. Good value for the money, however, Be warned that cyberpower has shortened the length of their cords resulting in me having to make an extension cord where six inches of cord used to be.

I don't even know it's there. It's quiet, and when the power flickers, my systems do not. What more can you ask for?

I had a previous Cyber Power back up battery pack that worked well for years. The battery s(2) played out I decided on a newer smaller unit. Got it home and charged it as per instructions. Could not get the alert and light to stop sounding. Took it back to Best Buys so they could inspect it. Same problem, could not resolve it. I returned it for another brand that works well and no issues. PS, sent an email to Cyer Power on my issue. Email sent on a Friday, they responded on Monday.
