Not sure what to expect

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 CyberPower thinking that I would continue with power in case power was off, usually by a storm in my case. Not sure I got my laptop recharging or my TV screen working. When power goes off, the CyberPower triggers a noise alarm, that we had to manually cancel.

It was reasonably priced and not too bulky or space hogging. Haven't had a power surge yet but I know I will probably soon.

product bad Best Buy has zero customer service

Best Buy has zero customer service they insinuated that I put the oil in. I complained to corporate, no one ever contacted me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doubt if they post this review.
