They should have put a RJ-45 interface to protect a network line, which is more common today than a land line telephone

Works fine after I disconnect the printer from the surge protector outlet

Not Worth It

But our power went out and it only powered our components (SmartThings Hub, Router, Modem, TV) for ~20 minutes. I would return it but it's past the return period.

Its rated 800va but doesnt seem to supply power in the advent of an outage as long as the 600va APC device it replaced despite no change in the load. Im probably going back to APC next time.

cant handle the load

This product is only good for well surge protector or a oscillating fan. Factual issue with this device.

OMG its alive

I plugged it in, WIN7 loaded the drivers, then it just took over the computer and my coffee maker. I had to throw the main breaker to my house to stop its take over of all my electronics!!
