Purchased because it had good reviews, but when power went out it did not keep computer on even a minute

These battery packs are listed as have a 3-5 year life span. My pack lasted 5 years and 7 months before having to replace the internal battery. If I ever need a new house for a second set up, I will 100% buy this product again.

I work from home (IT consultant) on computer all day. We have frequent short-duration power outages in bad weather, often it just "blinks" off for a few seconds. Laptops have their own battery, but the internet modem, router, desktop PC, and monitor don't. I got tired of losing connections, waiting for devices to reboot, and long-running jobs dying, just because of a short power outage. This product solves all of that, so all my devices including internet stay on. When outages last longer, I have time to properly stop my jobs, save files, and shutdown my equipment. The best part is, RIGHT NOW the electric company shut off power while they replace a transformer. With modem and router plugged into the battery backup, I am still working, after 1.5 hours so far.

Needed a model for my home office with extra plugs, in FL we get power surges so I needed something to cover my expensive equipment. Works as needed, also bought others for a couple expensive tv's and fridge/freezers.

Once in a while a storm will make your electricity flicker and if you aren't on a battery, OFF. This 850 is perfect for any size desktop. IT will keep your machine on and able to continue computing all while protecting your investment. I've bought plenty of batteries, different manufactures too and l look for Cyberpower batteries at Best Buy before the othe brands. Especially this size. Cyber power even makes larger batteries for servers, they work great!

Every tine that we had a power surge, the computer would shut down. Unfortunately this would happen in the middle of the game or loading sown a document, What was so bad is you could loose whatever you were working on at the time. However, the CyberPower 850VA backup system solved this problem. No more loss of computer because of the loss of power.

We have been having a number of brown-outs in our neighborhood and this product keeps my pc from crashing. The software will allow the UPS to shut down your pc if the power is out for more than 5 minutes. Just idling it says over 30 minutes of power...(when gaming about 5-but if I'm gaming I can shut it down myself...) Very pleased!

So far this is working great. I needed something to prevent brownouts on my Smart TV which I worry may damage the electronics on something very expensive. So far this is working fine. I also like that they have outlets for large adapters so I can plug everything into this.

I have been using one of these battery backups for several months. It has enough power to keep a modem, router, switch, NAS, and smarthome hub up and working for more than 10 minutes. This is a very good battery backup.

This back up battery is great for use with computer and other small electronics. I feel safe with my equipment hooked up to the battery know that I will have time to save my work in the event of the power going out.
