    I haveo an APS (Aux. Power Supply) for all of my electronics. They filter the power coming from the utility system, preventing spikes and surges, and protecting from power dips, which can also damage equipment. I like the CyberPower unit because you can mute the alarm signal by simply pushing a button, rather than having to go through a menu system to turn it off.
