Probably the best product we have ever owned. A must have for everyone working from home these days. Gives you those few extra minutes to save your work in excel when the power goes out. Kids have one to save their crucial Video games during a power outage.

Works great. As advertised. This is my second one and the first lasted probably 20 yrs and I think our many power problems since the hurricane probably killed it. Would reccommend

It's working great! The battery kept the tv going after I lost power and uninterrupted power when I had to change what was powered by the generator.

I took this unit home, set it up, and 4 days later had a power outage! The CyberPower Back-up system kicked in and kept things running for over 45 minutes until the power came back on.

Quite happy with this UPS. It did what we were hoping for and best option was we could mute the alarm when power went out. Good number of outlets and for us, batter lasts long enough.

My Mother needs her land line phone for emergencies. When her power went out for 5 hours no one could get in contact with her and she was unable to call out. Now with this battery back-up things should be much safer.

I bought this battery back-up system a month ago after hearing that we were going to have a massive windstorm and we might lose power. I have two small fish tanks so I wanted to have something to temporarily run the heater and the filter. I also wanted something to charge the phone so I would have it on hand. We didn’t get the storm that time around but we had another one shortly after and lost all of the power. We only lost it for a day but I was still able to keep the fish ok and I was able to do a phone charge. The power button is so easy to use that every time my cats step on it for a couple seconds it turns on.

I love that this one has more outlets than my last one. It was a little more money but so worth my peace of mind. Everything is protected in my home where I have spontaneous surges and outages.

I bought the CyberPower 950VA Battery Back-up System to replace older model. Best buy didn't have it in stock but they ordered it for me & I received it the next day. It works very well.

Needed a UPS for a cable modem/internet phone so that a medical call button would always be able to work, even during a power outage until the generator can be powered up. May be too much but is good insurance even though the Cable modem/router has a back up battery.

Not only does this provide battery backup for my network equipment in the event of a short power outage but also has the ability to charge USB devices in the event of a major power problem. I consider it part of my "disaster preparedness".

Bought as an emergency power back up for 2 power reclining love seats. Ironically, a few days after set up, we had a power failure and it performed as intended with seemingly plenty of power! Extremely happy with this purchase.

I just purchased this item to replace and old UPS that I had. I've already had a chance to test this as we had the power out since then. So far so good!

Just bought this and replaced an older unit with less VA. I was in the middle of a critical update when the power started to jitter. If was coming on or off for about 15 minutes. The unit rode out the problems and allowed the update to continue.

Once you get it charged up its just a matter of reading instructions to make sure you plug in your devices in right place.Mine is working great right now.With all the storms popping up it takes a load off knowing you have a good ups system.

Good product . Got put to the test a few days ago . 3 1/2 hour power outage . Got 2 hours of backup, working remotely . Kept my Wi-Fi on, computer and normal desk accessories.
