The battery backup is what you need for sudden surprise power outages.

Bought this unit to keep internet DSL modem and WiFi router up during power failures. It works fine for this. The only issue I have with it is the way the plugs are oriented. When plugging in some power bricks they cover adjacent plugs. This would be a problem if you need to plug in more then a couple of power bricks.

Love this product for my computer and other electronics

So far so good, seems to work well so far. Time will tell on how long it lasts. I've had it less than a month so far.

Keep my devices live when power is off. 10 outlets and 2 USB ports (2.4A).

So far so good. Configuring it thru a Linux command line is acceptable.

I cannot say how well it serves me because there has not been a power failure. So far so good. The battery is hopefully going to serve me when PG&E fails to deliver electricity. There was an initial problem that is purely related to the fiber cable that AT&T installed. The repair person came and fixed the problem which related to interference of WiFi with my landline telephone.

I highly recommend this surge protector/ battery back up.

THIS IS A BATTERY BACKUP FOR A HOUSE ALARM. IT WORKS AS FAR AS WE CAN TELL. HAVEN'T HAD TOO MUCH EXPOSURE TO USING IT. OUR POWER DOESN'T GO OUT VERY OFTEN, BUT WHEN IT DOES WE WANT A SURE WAY OF KNOWING OUR POWER TO OUR ALARM WILL STAY ON AND THIS GIVES US THAT FEELING. IT WAS SUGGESTED BY THE ALARM COMPANY.

More accessible and easy to plug in than needing some level of assembly.

I returned , cuz I look for external battery for laptop, cuz I am live one area that rain so much and power outage and I work in my home , I need one, but it product not correct for me.

I can always find anything I need. The people working know there stuff.

It works just as it should. Powered up nice and handles a large amount of plugs even weird sizes and shapes.

picked this up for my parents computer, their previous Cyberpower battery back up was almost 6 years old and was no longer holding a charge this was a great deal exactly what they needed will always purchase Cyberpower!

Using this for surge protection. Works great. Have had no problems yet.

Added another layer of protection for our network.

It protects my most valuable items for work at home.
