Very pleased with this purchase. After charging the battery for eight hours I connected my game rig with the CPU, two monitors and an external hard drive plugged into the battery backup outlets. I then disconnected the unit from wall power and ran a five minute test. Everything worked great and I never heard the battery alarm go off so it could’ve certainly run longer. Bear in mind the PC was simply idling. We experience brief, as in less than five seconds, power interruptions quite often. Two or three times a month isn’t uncommon. Having a few of these battery backups has been a terrific solution for us.

It is great that it can have 12 devices to plug into it. Also the spacing for the outlets is nice where it allows for a couple of large plugs but still has room for thecother plugs. Haven't had a power outage yet to see how the battery back up works but given how previous products of Cyberpower work I figure it will be very good.

Bought 2 of these guys - One for my desktop and the other for the living room TV and Xbox. We experience random power outages in my city - at least once a month and usually only for a few seconds/minutes at a time but it's nice to know we don't have to worry about our game becoming corrupted or systems being bricked if the power cuts out while in the middle of an update.

We bought this for a TV headend system at a hospital. They are nice and compact and have plenty of outlets, both surge & UPS. Will be getting these again for the next facility.

Arrived quickly. Functions as expected. This is my second CP950. I use it to power & protect my work laptop and monitor along with addon speakers. The first one saved me through many summer electrical storms and a fierce winter storm that just wore the poor thing down. I know I can rely on this brand and go about my day without worries.

I bought this because i had an expensive tv. And during a severe thunderstorm my cable box & tv blew out. I had smoke staines on my ceiling from them blowing out due to the box and tv were mounted on the wall. So when i purchased another expensive tv i purchased this unit. And the power went out in my building, but the backup battery inside saved everything that was plugged in it. And was also a huge plus bc we could still charge our devices that go in to the usb ports.

Another reliable, solid product from CyberPower. I have a variety of their UPSes and have only had one fail so far. I like the 1000VA version a little better with its LCD display, but if you can do without that, this comes in at a good price point for almost the same amount of power. I use this to maintain power to some home automation products and it has worked flawlessly to date. The top mounted plugs offer a bit more convenience than rear-mounted, even if they are a little more of an eyesore.

i got this as i needed something with more wattage for my plex/ backup server and this is working as this has more than enough power to complete the task without overloading i own this model and the 650va version

Adding a battery backup to my modem and router has been a great investment. When the power goes out, I am able to keep using the internet for a few hours. When the battery backup kicks in, this unit does make a fairly loud buzzing noise, but not too bad.

Great battery backup with lots of outlets and room for transformers. Super easy setup.

Lots of plug in ports and the right amount of USBs. Works great for my gaming corner!

Recently bought a CyberPower 950VA Battery Back-up System at Best Buy. Bought this item at Best Buy based on it's price and availability. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the transaction was easy. So far, we've had 2 power outages in our area. The CyberPower worked flawlessly during the outages and kept our electronic equipment functioning without a hitch. When power was restored, we were pleased to see that no data was lost and everything was working properly. This is the third CyberPower system that we've owned, and all have worked well.

I replaced a 9 year old APC unit with this one after it died. The APC software didn't report any issues, even during a power outage. But the battery was deader than a doornail. This unit appears to have much more reliable software. It has ridden through two power outages, it reported them correctly, and the logs show exactly what happened. And the price was great! So far, I like this unit a lot!

I had to replace my old one, and I upgraded to this. As often as the power goes off for a few seconds, here in the Raleigh/ Cary area, this keeps me on. If the power goes out and stays out, it gives me more than enough time to save my work and shutdown. I have another on my modem router. I honestly think we may have to upgrade to a Generac, but I don't think best buy has those.

Seems to be working well. A full review takes time to see how it will last.

Great compact design. Minimum foot print in the cabinet.

In my area, we have a lot of overhead power lines and trees. During heavy rains power glitches are common. We've experienced several of these glitches in the past month and the 950VA has kicked in instantly every time and saved me from having to reboot my computer and reload open files. The PowerPanel Personal software shows a notification that the power is lost. If the power restores, it shows another notification indicating this. Also liking the space plugs and the 2 USB plugs. Was definitely a useful purchase.

Already had a few power dips and this has given me time to shut down my PC. Also enjoy the numerous plugs.

Works great so far. The only thing I have seen, it may be resetting every so often, but it does not cause a problem.

We purchased this battery backup for plugging in my 80 year old fathers hospital bed. We seem to loose power pretty frequently and he has gotten stuck with no air in his mattress. So far this has been great. We have lost power 3X since purchasing this and his bed stays in perfect working order!!!
