Bought this as a replacement for the same model that was 7 years old. After 7 years the old one kept turning itself off. It gave great service for a long time so hoping for the same from this one. New model is more powerful so expecting it to do well. So far, so good.

Ample outlets for equipment to use power backup. Easy to set up although had to work at getting the software.

Decided it was more than a good idea to have the TV, tuner, STB, etc protected by a decent UPS. Recently had a power failure and the STB took longer to come back online than the power outage itself so this purchase was a no-brainer. Previous experience with both APC and Cyberpower products and so far, I like the CP better. We'll see in the long run but this particular unit fills the bill for now. Probably never have another outage...

I’ve had plenty of these. Works every time! I was tired of the power going out every time it has stormed this year and jacking with my new smart TV. This should solve the problem!

previously only used APC brand UPSs but have begun replacing them as they have failed with CyberPower units. Finding CyberPower excellent UPS units as well for personal use.

Will get more if I need any. Do hate it beeps the whole time power is off, overall happy purchase

The unit seems solid, and I like the spacing of the plugs. I use it in a recording studio and have a number of "dongle" power supplies so having the extra space helps. I've been using APC units for a long time, and they seem to crap out after a few years so hopefully this will have better longevity.

I purchased this unit to replace one that was several years old, and needed a replacement battery. I selected the CyberPower 950VA because it had a low profile design that fit under my desk, a good capacity battery, many outlets (including two that let you plug in bulky power transformers, and USB surge surge suppressors. I felt that the price of the unit was reasonable, and not much more than the cost of a replacement battery for my old, lower capacity unit.

UPS is a needed tool to protect from surges and power outages, and this one fits the entry level bill perfectly

Bought to replace an old unit of a different brand after a surge rendered it no longer useful, as well as the desktop computer that was plugged into it. There is not a way to know if a device works as it should against a surge….Until it doesn’t! As for an outage, I have not experienced one since purchasing, but I believe that it will work as indicated, giving adequate time to close out work and shut down the unit.

We lose power a lot in this neighborhood. I use one for my garage door opener and fiber demark in the garage so we can still open the door during one of our many outages AND keep the internet up and running. The 2nd unit is upstairs on the TV with all the gaming equipment so the kids can save and shut down their games safely. As it tuns out, it powers them all for hours!! We didn't like the beeping but used the free app to silence the alert.

Affordable and gives you plenty outlets for battery assistance and regular surge protection

These little battery backups are great for quick outages. I run a bunch of 3D printers and computers and the power around here likes to flicker a couple times a week. Nothing is more frustrating to me than failed 3D prints so I have one of these on each of my printers and they have been great. I have had a 10 to 15 minute outage and my prints kept going. They won't last hours but for that quick outage its a great deal.

So far, so good. I still have until March 2021 to return this if for some reason it doesn't work out but I have not been disappointed for buying this. After a storm shut down all the power in town and with most of my valuable electronics being plugged into an older battery back-up I bought from 10 years ago, I know I had to upgrade myself to a new one after the last one failed me. Hope to have this piece of equipment for a long time.

Have this hooked up to my systems. Great for areas prone to power outages.

CyberPower - 950VA Battery Back-Up System My former battery backup was destroyed by a nearby lightning strike but it did protect the network equipment, laser printers, laptop computers and peripherals in my home office. I bought this similar product and I am grateful my former device protected and I am confident backup this will do the same.
