Works well, has gone through many surges and still works great.

This UPS has been reliable. It has been through a couple of outages and my NAS & WiFi ride through without any problem.

Seems like it works. No complaints for far and I've owned it for a few months.

Really like the fact that this has 10 outlet positions and they are spaced so that you can get some of those large shaped equipment plugs in positions without losing spots. The device has already protected my equipment a couple of times when we had short power interruptions.

Works great. Had power outtage & it works like a charm to hold the power until our generator kicks on.

The unit is very easy to install and can hold the power for a few items like 16 port switch, sonicwall firewall and att router for about 45 minutes on battery

It charges up well, and I have used it once during a power issue. I’m hopeful that it will stay vital for the rare occasions that the power goes out. A prior one ( not the same maker) no long held a charge when I finally needed it, which is why I bought this one.

I bought this UPS as I am handicapped and need to keep some equipment going if power fails. The equipment is all low current draw. I plugged the unit in, charged for 24 hours and connected my stuff. I pulled the plug, the Ups picked up the power in less than 1 second, and all was working. This should keep my stuff going for more than 2 days.

Great surge protector and my power has went out a few times since purchase and the battery backup feature is awesome. I work from home so it’s been a lifesaver.

Power in my area can surge for random reason, keeps my PC safe.

This is my 3rd one - I hope this one last longer than the first 2 (about 2 years each, I think). I like the design of it and the number of outlets and I like the software where I can check the battery level. I've not lost power yet so I don't know if it works at keeping my pc on or not - if it does, I'd rate it with 5 stars - I think. I'm still concerned about the longevity. This one is a lot lighter than my previous ones and I don't know why.

You can disable the alarms. The battery is as advertised. The lower models don't have an alarm off feature. Makes then super annoying when the power cuts. I have enough to deal with in a storm, i don't need my battery to make it worse!. But, this one is great

So far, a good, reliable machine. With the Insignia Transfer Cable, the transfer of my personal files went smooth for the most part. The only "bummer" was not being able to transfer all my software/apps to my new machine in the same manner (may just be the nature of the "upgrade" process.

Works great to protect our devices and provide power in an outage to prevent loss of data. Upgrade from our old back up. This unit has plenty of outlets and the usb charging is a plus

I’m using this UPS for my TiVo, AV Receiver, Xbox, & other accessories. I love the fact that I have 6 battery backup slots to keep the devices running for short periods during power outages. I bought this mainly to extend the life of my TiVo hard drive. Since the drive is continuously spinning, power outages are bad because they suddenly stop the drive from spinning, which shortens the life. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. I will note, this thing is BIG, so make sure you’re aware of the dimensions before buying if you need to put this in a tight space.

Gave me more ports / plug ins that I wanted. Half can be used for battery backup. This was helpful during a recent power outage, I confirmed my monitors were still working great with no electricity in my house. Allowed me to work a bit longer and shut down easily. Didn't realized I needed a to allow 8 hours to charge when I was setting things up. But all worked out great.

My old charger, which I had for several years, would not hold cords in tight enough to charge. Very sloppy. I finally broke down and headed to Best Buy for a new one. So far, so good.
