same warranty as APC brands but last longer and at a much lower price. both companies probably use the same suppliers as both are mfg in China.

Does exactly what it is supposed to. I would take off .5 stars because the software doesn't work the way it should for notifications in email. Finding documentation is pretty difficult because there are several different versions and the most updated version has the issue.

EVERYONE should have UPS. Works well, does it's job. Easy to set up and use. Recommended.

This UPS eliminated two outlet strips, allowing me to put the essentials on battery backup, while the other devices are still protected from surge.

were I live there seems to be a abundance of power spikes and glitches in the power grid. I deal with the power flickering or going out for about 2 seconds or less at times. Bought three of these to connect my computers to. No more problems with computer shutdowns and having computers and other electrical item connected to these I am sure has saved some of my electrical items from damage.

Son got me new hardware and selected this as a "best buy." It was easy to set up, the software loaded flawlessly. Would buy again!

This is just what we were looking for. It is great for backing up your computer when power fails. It also protects which is great in itself.

Purchased to protect a streaming computer from temporary outages during cleaning (plug could be pulled) by the custodian. Protection from quick power outages that occur way to frequently. So far so good.

It was simply plug and play. My previous CyberPower bank lasted about 10 years. I love these backup systems!
