Did not come through when we needed it the most

And the alarm is so annoying that we opted to go without power than trying to keep it on. Just wanted to plug in our modem, router, and phonr charger. Seems pretty reasonable for a 950V battery backup. Lasted 15 min. This is one of those products that needs to be dependable when we need it. Bought it about a year ago and followed all directions to charge it. When the power went out, we felt it would be a good time to test this. I now have a bad taste in my mouth for all CyberPower products. Buyer beware!

Was able to run a desktop, laptop and 3 monitors for at least a half an hour before I turned the power back on. I have not tested it to the point of failure.
