Great power supply

All I wanted it to do, was to keep the modem, powered up, if we had a power failure. It did not. Also it appears to put an extra load on the home electrical system. I would not call it energy efficient. Lesson learned.

I just unplugged it today and realized the battery backup no longer works. I assume the battery needs to be replaced even though it only ran off the battery for 30 minutes or less in the 26 months that I’ve owned this. I’ll never buy this piece of crap again.

Don't know if it's this particular unit but the other ones that I bought last a lot longer. I still have a couple that are still working fine after 3 years. All of them are from Cyberpower.
