2 bad cyberpower UPS's

I contacted Cyberpower and they said they could not ship me the missing screw, and that I should return it to the store. After returning it to the store, I bought another Cyberpower UPS. It had the battery cover retaining screw. The problem with the second one was that the UPS would turn itself off every couple of days. What good is a UPS that turns itself off? I returned it and bought an APC UPS. So far, so good. I will not by another Cyberpower UPS.

A Total Piece of Garbage

There is nothing good I can say about this unit. It is defective and completely useless. The unit makes a long beep like there is too high of a load when nothing is plugged into it. I have tried multiple outlets and it does this in every one of them. I tried leaving it charging for multiple days before using it and it would make the long beep during this time. When I actually put a load on it the unit makes the long beep for a minute or so before it powers down. Great as a $90 paperweight or if you need something to throw through a window. As a battery backup this thing is a disaster.

If it wasn’t needed in an emergency situation I would have returned it, instead I had to sit the battery outside of its housing on top of the unit. First and last time I ever buy an ups from this brand

Did what it said. Charged it for 8 hours. Connected our tv and a Roku. When it was needed, it lasted around 10 minutes and died. Wont buy this brand again

Well here we are 2 weeks later and the thing does not work at all. Ended up with multiple surges due to high winds from Ian and not once did this keep my items plugged into it from surging and shutting off.

Pefect for home office
