Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the CyberPower 950VA Battery Back-Up System less than two years ago, and it’s already showing a fault. The most disappointing part is that when I went to Best Buy for service, they said they don’t support repairs for this product — and they don’t make it easy for customers to claim the manufacturer’s warranty either. Very frustrating experience.
