I bought this backup batter because we had multiple days with outages. I work from home and kept losing connection. After my purchase of two batteries. One for the upstairs computer and one for the modem downstairs it was a perfect solution. We had another outage and they kicked in saving everything!!

So far so good. It is easy to set up and start using. We have not had any extended outages so I don't know how long it will last with what we are using. We use the UPS side for our router and firewall and the surge protector side for the printer. Working good so far.

I love this surge suppressor and battery backup. Bought one for our VFW, the members were so happy with it that they had me get 2 more. It has pleanty of plug-ins and nicely spaced and USB ports for phone charging.

This was a replacement for a CyberPower 850VA model that stopped working after a power surge then outage (after years of working fine). I loved the old model and have no doubts that this one will give me several years of great usage as well!

So far all is good with this item. We have already had our power interrupted and all went well with us having time to shut down our TV under controled shut down and not just shut off by loss of power.

Set up was very easy, very good layout of outlets.

I purchased this UPS unit for two reasons: to keep my TV and surround sound system from power surges, and to provide battery power to my TV, receiver, and cable box so they don't have to reboot in a short power outage. This unit does the job!

Works great! The few times the power has gone out I was able to get an additional 45 minutes to a little over an hour using my computer.

We had a chance to test use of the new UPS system due to electric system upgrades. I was able to keep the wireless router energized to access the internet with my battery operated laptop. (Keep the UPS load as low as possible when using it for an extended backup-half hour or so)

Do some research first, as this is too weak for something like a gaming PC but fine for a PS5 and 4K TV (if you're using the battery supported mode).

This replaced a Cyberpower unit that lasted 4 years. It kicks in when the power goes out.

I have needed the batter backup once and it didn’t fail me. It was able to power through my entire outage. I unplugged everything except my cable and Wi-Fi routers and it stayed on for 5+ hours until my power came back on.

I brought this to provided back up power to my WiFi and security system plus a couple of small items like a lamp and hub. 2 days after purchasing I was in the middle of a Family FaceTime call and the power went out. Everything I needed continued without any issue. Love it!

My old charger, which I had for several years, would not hold cords in tight enough to charge. Very sloppy. I finally broke down and headed to Best Buy for a new one. So far, so good.

Great surge protector with approximately 2 hours of battery backup which comes in handy during a power outage.

I've bought 3 of these now, two to replace old dead ones, and added one for my new work-from-home area. They are working wonderfully, and gave a decent amount of time to my computer and monitor when we had to shut off a circuit for some electrical work.

Bought the CyberPower Battery Back-Up to replace an older APC unit. So far the unit is performing as it should and the software is working correctly. If anything I would add the software in the package with the unit.

We have frequent power outages and an expensive computer. This battery backup allows us to shut down the computer plus it has 2 USB slots, 4 protected plugins, extra unprotected plugins that we use to charge phones, etc. and it is low profile and fits on the desk next to the computer and printer.
