Does its job in keeping electrical spikes and failures on computer, printer, scanner and monitors. Have had no issures.

Plenty of power. Using as surge protector and battery backup for my modem and Ubiquiti gateway, Poe switch and cloud key. Good value

I’m glad they are getting away from the giant near desktop-like UPS towers, and making a compact version with nearly as much punch.

Had it less than a month when our electricity went out two different times. The battery backup let me safely shutdown my computer.

My old APC powerchute UPS finally died and they don't make it anymore. So I decided to check this one out. I was really impressed with the end outlets being spread out nicely from the others to accommodate for those large power pack style of plugs (my router and back hard drive). Plugged my monitors and speakers into the surge side and my modem, router, pc and backup hd into the surge/battery side. Tested it out and works well. You do need to download their software from their website but it's quick and easy.

This was an economical purchase. It gets the job done.

This ups replaced another that was damaged in a storm. I have tested failover and it held the equipment for about 30 minutes which would be plenty of time for this price point. I bought this as a necessity but I am very glad I did.

I usually buy APC backup power units. This is my first CyberPower. Larger capacity and cheaper than the completion.

A well - designed unit, with plenty of access to connect multiple components. Very user friendly.

same warranty as APC brands but last longer and at a much lower price. both companies probably use the same suppliers as both are mfg in China.

Bought this in a hurry to replace one that failed after about 6 years. this seems to be a great replacement. Very Happy.

Excellent product. I returned the first uninterruptible power supply because the recepticles were on the bottom and not the side. I exchanged it for an APC unit that fit my needs perfectly. The return was handled seamlessly. As per usual Best Buy is the place to go for my electronic needs.

This battery back-up system is doing an excellent job and I am very happy with it
