It is large and bulky, but it gets the job done. The button for pushing on is awkwardly positioned. But I am glad it was in stock at the store.

Backup power supply works great. Our power wet out and I was not able to get to my computer for 15 minutes before I could shut it down. The backup power gave the time I needed to shut it down safely.

This battery back-up system from CyberPower was just what I needed for one of my warehouse work stations. It has enough outlets for multiple computers, monitors, printer, and charging stations for all of my driver's cell phones. I love the USB charging ports.

It does what I wanted it to do. My zoom presentation was saved during the last power outage.

Seems like a high quality product. But is a UPS of the type that always runs its battery supported outlets through the battery and power running through charging. My 9700k and 2080ti while pushing 550 frames on csgo had this things alarm battery blaring within 2 matches. But not necessarily its fault I knew it would be on the edge of being able to support my system.

It is reliable and you can set it so it doesn't alarm in the middle of the night when your electricity briefly goes off. I like the new slimmer design that also delivers more wattage

Works great and does what it's supposed to do. No real complaints. The battery life isn't quite as long as I thought it was.

Bought two, one for a computer and another for a tv and PS5. So far it works great.

This is my third Back up system. Each lasts about 5 to 6 years before the battery needs replacement. Probably not to anyone's surprise the cost of the battery replacement part is almost the same as a new unit... thus this purchase.

I am upset not with the product , but with the service, I received at the store. I was directed to this product by the staff. Even after I told them I needed a device with pure sine wave output. And upon arrival at my home. I magnified the item's specs and realized it was simulated sine wave output. And this could damage my computer.

Good product and would recommended it. Compact yet leaves enough room for large plugs.
