Purchased to use with my small CNC machine. The machine is off most of the time and the battery back up has an annoying buzz, even when the machine is off. I have 3 other back up devices and none of them make any noise.

Complete waste of $100. It developed a high piched pulsing noise that made it impossible to keep plugging in. Had to get rid of it.

I am using this to protect my 3D printer. Within 2 days of installing this, I had a power loss that while only lasted a few minutes, would have caused my print to fail. With this attached, the power outage did not interrupt my print. Well worth it!

This is a great deal for this battery backup. I would recommend this product.

The unit is OK out of the box. The proof will be in how it performs when the power goes out and the years of service I get from it. There is no port for DSL line on this unit.

I have had this unit for just over a year. Had a few very brief power outages recently and everything connected to the battery backup immediately shut down. This nearly killed my wireless access point. This is supposed to have a 3 year warranty, but when I look up the serial number on Cyberpower’s support site, it says it is expired. I did a self-test with their PowerPanel software, and again, everything immeditely shut down. After this test, the software interface indicated the test passed. It also appears the battery is not replaceable. I advise avoiding this product.

After 14 years my battery backup stopped working. Bought the same brand as before if it worked for 14 years that is good enough for me. Excellent service, was in stock, price was right. Thanks BestBuy.

Not bad only last a couple years then you have to change them

Not only did this fail, but so did all my LE1000DG (higher capacity model of this model). Company is excruciating painful to deal with. Saved the chat log and sent to BBB. I deal with APC all the time.... Cyberpower has consistently been awful since my first interaction. Upon doing research, I was correct. Nearly EVERY interaction others had with support was as bad as mine. Sad... this is the 3rd chance I gave them. I've been in IT for over 30+ years and all my colleagues had the EXACT same experience. ALL NEGATIVE. Sad...

Haven't set it up yet, will be able to give better review once we use it.

My first Cyberpower UPS was missing the battery cover retaining screw. I contacted Cyberpower and they said they could not ship me the missing screw, and that I should return it to the store. After returning it to the store, I bought another Cyberpower UPS. It had the battery cover retaining screw. The problem with the second one was that the UPS would turn itself off every couple of days. What good is a UPS that turns itself off? I returned it and bought an APC UPS. So far, so good. I will not by another Cyberpower UPS.

I purchased this to replace an APC UPS I had for 10 years that the battery finally died on. There is nothing good I can say about this unit. It is defective and completely useless. The unit makes a long beep like there is too high of a load when nothing is plugged into it. I have tried multiple outlets and it does this in every one of them. I tried leaving it charging for multiple days before using it and it would make the long beep during this time. When I actually put a load on it the unit makes the long beep for a minute or so before it powers down. Great as a $90 paperweight or if you need something to throw through a window. As a battery backup this thing is a disaster.

It hasn't been exposed to a power failure yet, but I assume it will do the job.

I had one that recently died out and did some research. This is even better and it wasn’t even the most expensive. It powers an Imac, printer and photo scanner and makes no noise.

So far this UPs works as advertised. The spacing of outlets is improved from earlier models.

Unit literally didn’t have enough slack on the battery terminal to plug it in properly. If it wasn’t needed in an emergency situation I would have returned it, instead I had to sit the battery outside of its housing on top of the unit. First and last time I ever buy an ups from this brand

Pretty good quality. Price is not bad. For sure worth the price
