Love these UPS. They work great and last long. I have been purchasing these for years.

A must-have!!!! There's lots of plugs, a necessity when you have 3 computers, 2 monitors, lamps, printers, and so forth. You can plug the computers/monitors into the battery backup + surge protection side, and the lesser wights into the surge protection side, so the more sensitive electronics are protected against a power surge.

Ample outlets for equipment to use power backup. Easy to set up although had to work at getting the software.

This battery backup is laid out nicely, battery backup on one side, surge protector on the other. Keeps my network up in case of power loss.

Great battery back up. Haven't had to use the battery feature yet, but I am hoping we don't have to. Love the USB ports.

Bought it to address increasingly erratic electric service: too frequent brownouts, surges, and outages. Tried this to keep my cable modem and wireless router cleanly powered and hopefully keep steady internet service. I got this because it promised to handle fairly long outages. It has been over a year and it has performed extremely well. I've kept internet service even during outages lasting hours. I wish I could turn the alarm off, but that is an issue with Cyberpower, not Best Buy.

Our old surge protector wouldn’t hold a charge after 3 years. This was bought as a replacement, was cheaper, much smaller, has more functions and outlets

Great battery backup. All the extra outlets helps a lot too. We use at a business and it’s great to keep the computers up when we have power issues.

I'm using this UPS for network and phone backup power. It is compact with lots of power for extend time without power.

CyberPower has been a really good battery backup brand. I had always been an APC fan for several years, but CyberPower units actually seem to give me less of an issue. This 950VA model has a TV, computer, and multiple game consoles hooked up to it, and it has a very long run-time upon power failure. I also like that this particular unit is somewhat thinner than some other models, so it fits better between shelves with enough room for all of the plugins and power bricks.

My old charger, which I had for several years, would not hold cords in tight enough to charge. Very sloppy. I finally broke down and headed to Best Buy for a new one. So far, so good.

Works great so far for my tv, ps5 and surround sound. Lost power a few time's and this turns on instantly so i can turn things off properly. Have not tested how long would stay on using just the backup. Does what i needed it for

I needed to find a new U.P.S. for my game room's many machines. This worked out for the better. Believe me, this is a heck-a-va nicer unit than APC's model(which worked fine until I had to replace it. Then their customer service sucked for a return). So far so good for this device. It switches on and off when one doesn't even know it. It can also send out emails to you to let you know when an issue has occurred(this may be a bit over the top though). Good buy but stay away from APC!

Cyberpower is the best. 12 outlets with 6 backup power outlets very convenient

Decided it was more than a good idea to have the TV, tuner, STB, etc protected by a decent UPS. Recently had a power failure and the STB took longer to come back online than the power outage itself so this purchase was a no-brainer. Previous experience with both APC and Cyberpower products and so far, I like the CP better. We'll see in the long run but this particular unit fills the bill for now. Probably never have another outage...

Great addition to my home network to help protect my computer. Very easy and works as intended. Plugs are easy to have multiple cables plugged in, but if you use a bulky cell phone charger, this can take up more space and cause an issue.
