Great battery life, keeps WiFi running if power cuts out

Great UPS. Have my gaming rig hooked up this bad boy and it's been great. With recent storms and random power outages/surges, it work perfectly as advertised keeping my system running and preventing reboots. I cannot attest to the battery lifespan with a full load, but it worked sufficiently for charging phones when I was without power for a few days. My only con is there is no way to silence the alarm when your system running on the battery back up. Not sure if other CP UPS models off this option, but I do have a APC UPS that allows you to slience the alarm. Other than that, excellent must have for desktops, modems and routers.

It is a great small UPS. I use this one for my entertainment center. I have my television, AppleTV unit, HomePod mini pair, cable box and a few other things plugged into it. It provides cleaner power to all those things and prevents them from dropping during power hits. It has a nice number of outlets and the capacity will run everything I need during a few minutes of power outage.

Worked right out of the box. Tested it and held up for at least 45 mins with 2 27in monitors and a desktop Dell XPS loaded pc.

If you just spent a slew of money on PC and peripheral hardware, the $100 you will spend on this UPS is well worth it. I live in an area where the power may brown out in during a summer storm, this UPS will protect all of your hardware. It has multiple surge protected and battery back up outlets, plus multiple surge protected only outlets. 6 of each for a total of 12 plug ins. In addition there are two additional protected USB ports. Enough power for your entire system from a single wall outlet. You will want to unpack this peripheral first as you will need to fully charge the back up battery for about 8 hours.

The battery in my old unit finally died. The unit worked just fine, but after serving me for 7 years, I was ready for a backup battery that would not beep every time the power went out (I know when my power is out, thanks!). Since I live in an area where this happens more than usual, this was a must. Yes, this battery backup allows you to disable the beep. I didn't need to have a battery with this much capacity, but for the price, it's a fantastic price. It keeps my light gaming machine, along with 2 monitors, my router, and cable modem running for 20-25 minutes. I also really appreciate the layout of the plugs on this one. I am really surprised at the poor layout of the plugs on many of these units. It is actually the reason I chose this over a less expensive option. Many computer peripherals have those big bricks for their power plugs, and so many of these backup batteries are designed so you can't use all of them if you have a device with a "brick". Highly recommend this unit. Just make sure to keep the software up-to-date. At one point, the battery stopped communicating with the computer, causing a hard shut-off during a power outage. I contacted CyberPower Support, and they advised me that there was an upgrade to the software, which fixed the problem.

I purchased this item because of it's size and mainly the number of outlets available. We have lost house power twice and my computer never blinked. Works great and a good value for the money. I would recommend this back-up. I have another one that I use on my TV. works great there also.

Second ups from the same brand. My old one is basically identical except for the USB ports and that one is still chugging on it’s original internal battery. I got this for an additional setup I wanted to make sure had a stable clean safe hook up. I like that it came with the usb cord you will need to connect to the pc, I went out and ordered a usb c to usb b connector from a different store to connect mine and it works perfectly fine, software was a breeze to install and set up. I do live in an area with frequent lightning strikes and pretty massive thunderstorms overall. So this new ups is for the pc, and my old one is now for the audio/everything else. Works great as of day one, plus the USB ports are a real quality of life improvement from my old one!! FYI I did buy this on The daily sale, I didn’t need the largest size, but it was on sale!

So far, it seems like a really great product. I haven't experienced any issues. I was having some outage issues at first, but since my purchase, so far so good

This is my 3rd experience with power supply with surge protectors and battery backup. My expectation is plug it in, and plug my electronics into the power supply. Pretty basic. I purchased one from Amazon and it was DOA. I am purchasing local again to avoid getting old/outdated items from online sources which are getting more difficult to return. This unit works as advertised.

I purchased this because whenever there was an electric glitch where it went out and back on right away the cable controller/DVR would reset and go through the reboot procedure which always seemed to happen when my wife was watching TV and thus part of what she was watching was missed. This resolved my problem by plugging in the TV, cable controller, and cable modem so small glitches don't affect it anymore. I have had other CyberPower UPS's and they are reliable and a good value for the money.

Nice upgrade from last ups that was more than 8 years old. Old one could not keep even new battery charged. Smaller size, but same number of outlets. Nice feature is the you need to hold the power on/off button for 3 seconds so no more false start/stop on the UPS. Cost about the same as the old one but that had a little more battery backup outlets.

I bought this to replace an old surge protector which had been malfunctioning. This is an upgrade with battery backup and numerous plug ins as well as spot to plug in cell phone cords/usb devices. Well worth the price, and the security knowing I can keep devices charged up even in a power outage.

This is an awesome device. It works as a battery backup and surge protector. This is good when WFH.

I've tested function and run-time with a smart switch. Works as it should. Only wish would be for a display (like my old model had).

Tested it's ability in a thunderstorm and it certainly kept the power going. It does make a fairly annoying beeping when it's on battery power, but it gave me enough time to make sure all my files were secure and to shut down the system manually and normally rather than abruptly like a power outage. Would recommend.

Good battery back up seems better than APC simply because it has a standard size battery that can be replaced every 2-4 years as needed

I searched far and wide including big name popular online platforms nothing would touch this for features and price. I needed 12 outlets and the usb built on the power block there is a sibling to this one that has the LED indicator for 20 to 30 dollars more but a simple indicator beep on this does that job just fine because power drain is related to number of devices. 3 year warranty big name maker. I run a 65 inch TV computer ps4 and Nintendo switch modem router and repeater and USB plug ins for charging game controllers and a smart watch. It handles these things with grace. If you want bang for buck and don't have a huge stand by voltage need I would say there is nothing better.

Works better than I expected. The set up was easy and the program you download to monitor the battery health was simple to use. What surprised me was on the first power outage, it popped up a notification to my PC exactly how long the battery would last while running everything currently plugged in and that changed as I started shutting things off. I was able to leave my Wifi router plugged in and it ran through the 45 minute blackout, so my phone was still connected throughout.
