I had no electricity for 36 hours. Since then I've purchased a generator, portable chargers, and other back ups. The battery completes my emergency kit.

The power has gone out a couple of times since owning this and it did it's job keeping my computer from shutting down

Excellent product. I returned the first uninterruptible power supply because the recepticles were on the bottom and not the side. I exchanged it for an APC unit that fit my needs perfectly. The return was handled seamlessly. As per usual Best Buy is the place to go for my electronic needs.

Works well, pay attention to which outlets you use, only one side is battery and surge, other is surge only.

I just replaced a similar unit after several years of excellent service from a cyberpower battery backup system, The previous backup unit served me well and I was happy to replace it with another 950VA system.Good to know the product is very dependable.

This is my 2nd Cyber Power back up, last lasted 8 yrs, and this one not only is better, I expect the same reliable batt back up.

Works as intended and was easy to install. Needed to make sure computer didn’t go down during power surges we seem to get them often

I use UPSs to prevent electronics from having to reboot during the period between when the power dies and when my whole house generator kicks on (about 45 seconds). Such is life in the hurricane zone. I bought this UPS back in April and it died after Isaias, causing my Satellite receiver to do its lengthy reboot several times as the power was erratically restored by the power utility. Certainly not what I wanted to have happen. I contacted Cyberpower and they sent me a new UPS. It remains to be seen if this one will be more reliable but I remain hopeful. One other thing that was noteworthy about the replacement process: rather than have me ship back the defective unit, they had me "field destroy" my UPS, taking pictures showing the serial number and that I had cut off the power cord at its root, per their direction. This is what they are doing now in the age of Covid.

Seems to work fine for my PC and monitors. Give about twenty minutes of battery backup for my gaming PC. However, for some reason trying to plug my cable modem into it causes significant networking slowdown even when power is available.

I use it only for the router and the antenna. It does its job and hold over 3 hours before shutting down.

The unit worked great but the curbside pick-up stunk. I would buy this unit again
