I was directed to this product by the staff. Even after I told them I needed a device with pure sine wave output. And upon arrival at my home. I magnified the item's specs and realized it was simulated sine wave output. And this could damage my computer.

Posted .We’re sorry for the inconvenience. You’re correct, this model outputs a simulated sine wave, not a pure sine wave. While it is unlikely to harm your computer, systems with Active PFC power supplies are better paired with a pure sine wave UPS. We recommend returning this unit to the retailer and requesting a CyberPower PFC (Pure Sine Wave) model, such as the CP1500PFCLCD.

One design flaw - pets can turn your system off with a misplaced step on the power button. This did replace a 5-year-old twin whose battery no longer worked, so be aware.
