I like the design and the ease of use and a good safety feature.

My computer has not shutdown due to power outage since I added this UPS.

It works fine. It holds a charge and does what it supposed to, but it has a MAJOR FLAW. You cannot change the battery! I'm no tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination, but I absolutely abhor this type of disposable tech. There is no reason whatsoever that the battery can't be changed and you can continue using this device. With the whole world going green to point of being caught up in "green" scams, you'd think Cyberpower would at least make a small effort..but no Skip this one unless you're in a pinch. The 3 year warranty is good, but if you can get an APC or a "better" model with a replaceable battery, get that one.

Using on an iMac. Software is great and feature set is excellent. Hopefully it has a long life. Replacing a competitor's product that I was never happy with.

Just buy it!! It will protect your stuff from outages and surges!!

Was able to mount this on my sit down/stand up desk so now everything is connected and set up. 2 computers, 1 NAS, 1 Router and one Raspberry Pi are now protected!

Since buying the unit I have experienced power outages twice. During those times I was still able to keep my internet and security camera hub running with this battery backup.

I had to replace my old one since the battery was completely dead and this one was a great replacement

I have only used this a short time to control a computer and excessories. It puts out a high pitched tone when I utilize the printer (Brother). Otherwise, no problems.

My old UPS would not hold my equipment for any period of time during a power outage. Thus needed a new one. Best Buy met my need at a reasonable price.

Lots of options to plug into. A good amount of backup time too.

This CyberPower battery back up system is the 2nd of these I have purchased to power and protect my system. Both are working well to do that

This unit has plenty of power to operate my hurricane shutters should the power fail. A great alternative to the expensive unit recommended by the vendor.

Have had several short term power outages (a couple minutes or less) and unlike before I got this unit I didn't have to worry about my PC having problems with it, or waiting for my router, etc. to reboot since I was able to plug everything into the battery back up system.
