only lasted 8 months - don't buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought June 24th 2025 at my local best Buy. Now its crap after only 8 months. Cyberpower tech support answers fast enough, but... First the graphics card stopped working. They sent me a video on how to pull it out and to reseat it. Its a gaming computer you'd think it would be a good graphics card. Got both my monitors working for a few days but now only one works. ( not the monitor I checked it on an older PC). I lost my entire E drive which is the virtual partition of the internal SSD drive. They said go to Microsoft support, did that, reinstalled windows and had to start over again installing my programs and pretty much have wrote off 1tb of files that have disappeared. Also Cyberpower sent me a link to a recommended company to recover lost files, cost $70 and found 263 gigs of weird things, and NONE of the main files I wanted. Literally my MP3 music I purchased couldn't be found. Now their USB ports don't recognize drives or interfaces. Overall its a pretty bad computer. I wish I would have never wasted my money. And I'm not a gamer or a person who is constantly on my PC.

Decent pc but...best buy is the issue

I ended getting defective key board . After hour on the phone with best buy i was told by rep that they would send out another one should get in few days. Two weeks later nothing..called back next rep says oh yea we wont send another out not our issue call manufacturer or something. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY just buy direct from cyber pc to buy.

Joke company

They love cutting corners which ends up being more money in the long run when you need technicians to fix your pc

Would not recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First one was broken, second one was broken after a week. I've had trouble with mine for two years. It is defiantly worth to spend little more money for a more reliable PC.
