I've heard horror stories about people not getting their computer back.

It was an OPEN BOX unit!!!

I got the fated blue screen of death MULTIPLE times, the computer locked up MULTIPLE times to where it was unresponsive. I would have ended up using the warranty more than i wanted to. So I took it back to Best Buy. Progressive leasing let me redo the transaction and the upgraded CyberPowerPC is functioning MUCH BETTER! This one was fast and functioned well when it worked, but I was scared to leave it with sleep-enabled, as it would freeze.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well 1st one we received had no operating system..had to return,its replacement we receive only to find it needs a boot disk..grrr it has no place to put a darn disk so back to geek squad we go..after almost a wk we finally get it back..so in summary 2 of these computers had to be returned in a 2 wk span..now once the last one got running it’s a great computer

The operating system should be installed into the SSD, which sometimes you may need to change the boot priority for. Poor Quality

Being a retired engineer, I don't know how these get shipped. Two SSD problems, and 2/3 fans not functioning. I did not let my son try a third. They need to step it up, or get out of the business.

No quality control

It's great looking, and the specs were great. However the first one I received was damaged. It had a large dent in the back. So much so one of the screws holding the side panel in was also bent, making it difficult to remove. This wasn't a result of shipping as the box and internal packing were in fine shape. I returned it and had another one sent to me. Everything seemed great with the second one, until I tried to plug headphones in the front/top headphone jack. No sound. Spent an hour messing with settings, checking cords, trying everything - but the jack wouldn't recognize when something is plugged in and wouldn't produce sound. Unbelievable that a company sells a $900 computer and doesn't appear to check it before it rolls of the line. Won't ever buy anything from Cyberpower again.

Good looking pc with major issues

I bought this to avoid headaches but still need to almost rebuild this pc. The fans were all set to exhaust. The cables looked like a rats nest. The cpu was running below spec. The biggest issue the hard drive stays at 100 percent for no reason. Also the video card was under volted causing performance to suffer. Lastly the ssd+hard drive combo both had a windows 10 partition for some reason ?? I am now in the process of trying to fix all these issues.

Maybe would be good if I got one that worked

Went through the normal stuff, called CyberPower support and went through hours of resetting everything and re-installing, including re-seating everything inside of the computer, to be told it was defective and to exchange it. Exchanged it and the second one wouldn't start up correctly. Called CyberPower support again and was told that I could send it in and they would fix it....on a brand new machine. I brought it back and went with a different computer.

2 MO. Old and Video Card Quit, Replacement Quit 2!

It just went dark in the middle of a game. That was it. Very disappointed. I purchased a Geek Squad warranty and so glad I did because they replaced the entire computer, no questions asked. Unfortunately the computer they replaced it with which was Identical died 5 days later. It shut off and never started again. Its being taken back as well for a third computer!

don’t buy

Junk

Manufacture flaws have caused me such a headache in reinstalling software and mods. This is the second CyberPower not even the Geek Squad could fix and I had to take store credit. Last time they switched for same model. Thank goodness for the Best Buy protection plan this time we can get a different brand.

Turned off randomly

Played Rust on the lowest setting, after about 2h, the computer would just randomly shut off. There was an orange colored light that kept flashing on the PC. Then when I restarted it, there would be no sound. This happened multiple times. I returned it. Not worth the hassle of going through everything of buying, picking up, setting up and returning it.
