Great with VR

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I bought this to go with my Oculus Vr and all I can say is wow!!!! This Pc is great for gaming as well as music production, (Cubase, Ableton Live, Fl Studio...etc.) But I have been using it for the VR games and movies without any issues whatsoever. 16gb of ram is great, but I will max it out to the 64gb allowed. It has plenty of hard drive space and 8gb of video ram is a major plus,

More than I expected!

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Wow! I've owned many computers over the years, starting back in 1991. I must say that I haven't been this excited since I bought my first one. This thing is a beast. First of all, the packaging was tremendous. Cyberpower did a great job keeping it safe. When I opened it up, it was well protected by foam. When I got the PC out of the box, I had to open it up and remove the packing foam they placed inside so the components wouldn't be damaged from shipping. The only thing that I wish is that they would have included some sort of manual for the build. There was a quick start guide, which was very helpful. It took me about 10 minutes to hook up all the cables and get the computer up and running. There is also a motherboard manual, which is pretty cool for later upgrades. Once the PC was up and running, there was no bloatware installed. Just the basic Windows stuff. The PC started in under a minute, thanks to the SSD Drive. I will say that the tower is a monster. It's much bigger than my old HP, and takes up almost every inch of space in the opening of my computer desk. But the biggest thing I noticed is the build quality. While inside the PC removing the packing foam, I noticed all the wires and cables were high quality and wrapped nicely. The memory sticks are high quality BRAND NAMED modules. Not just generic ones that I've seen in the past. Everything is marked so upgrading is pretty easy. Both sides of the tower can be removed, and the motherboard, CPU, graphics card, memory, and such are on one side, while the disk drives and controller are on the other. There are numerous fans to keep things cool inside, and there is ventilation on the top, bottom, and the back. The lighting RBG lighting inside is a nice touch, and the colors are selectable. The only other thing I did notice, which was more strange than anything else, is the software CDs that were included. Normally that's not unusual, except that this build has no CD/DVD drive installed. Good thing I can make a recovery boot disk with a USB drive, but not sure what I'm supposed to do with the CDs. Maybe put them with all the others I've collected over the years. LOL All in all I'm super pleased with the purchase. I ordered 2 more sticks of the same memory and I'll be set. Coupled with the 34" LG monitor that I also purchased to take advantage of the graphics card, the picture quality is better than any other setup I've owned. I think I'll be spending a lot of time in front of the computer.

Very Impressed
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I read a handful of reviews that were mostly positive. A few of the complains had to do with the fan being loud, some loose connections that caused the interior lights to not function properly, etc. I have to say, it's super quiet and the lights work great for me. Maybe earlier units had some different fit and finish? One note THIS HAS BLUETOOTH. May not be a big deal but in the specs it doesn't say it has Bluetooth but I was happy to learn that it does so I can pair my mouse and others accessories. It is a pretty big unit but I don't think that a major concern of the crowd shopping for this kind of product. Also, you can cycle through like 10 light settings which is super unnecessary but I love it you can also hold down the light button to power them off if it's not your thing.

Great computer for the price
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5We are very pleased with this computer. It is very well built, and has a very clean and tidy appearance. Computer is fast, quiet, and has plenty of storage space. Purchase through BestBuy and PayPal is easy. My overall experience with this CyberPowerPc is excellent. However, we could not figure out how to change the RGB case lighting. With a previous purchase of a CyberPowerPC a year ago, the computer came with a remote control for this purpose - so we were expecting a remote, but no remote came with this new computer, and no documentation with the computer or on the CyberPowerPC website. But a quick reply from CyberPowerPC Support let us know that a button on top of the computer was for this purpose - picture shown below. We also experienced some very slight vibration from the computer that could be felt on the desk. It seemed that the vibration was from the video card, but mostly when it was processing intense graphics. So I added a little Styrofoam support at then end of the video card (see picture below), and some soft rubber feet on the bottom of the computer that has solved the problem. But this was a very minor concern, and has not affected my opinion to recommend CyberPowerPC. It did seem kind of silly that some CD's were supplied for a computer that does not come with a CD/DVD drive. The little bit of data that's on the CD's could have been put on a very small/cheap USB stick. We were able to purchase an external DVD drive from BestBuy for $20.

Amazing CyberPower PC For My Girlfriend
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I bought this PC for my girlfriend to play the Sims 4, but its also very capable of doing high end/demanding gaming for sure. It's been a great buy so far over the last month and a half or so. Runs great and very quiet too. This is my 3rd CyberPower PC in the last year! Not because I've had bad experiences, but I've put a gaming PC in almost every bedroom and living room in my house and even bought one for my mother. Not joking people! I've chose to go CyberPower because of reliability and performance. I've always bought pre-built PCs from CyberPower over the last few years. I've always personally enjoyed building my own PCs, but CyberPower has made it easier for me over the years just to buy a pre-built PC. Trust me, I've tried all types of PC manufacture companies over the years and nothing can come close to CyberPower PCs in terms of price while still providing great performance and reliability.

Runs smoothly
|Posted .I purchased this hoping to do some light gaming and streaming on console. Runs both smoothly and easily I had some troubles getting the fans to light up since it wasn't fully connected. Great starter pc love the white case would add another fan or two but so far the air flow is good. Gpu not bad I can run apex, R6, hunt showdown and battlefield 1 with high settings.

has given the size

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I am a fan of years of PC equipment, for me it is the best in computing, but more power, more options, after leaving this world due to a medical emergency for my only son, among other political things, I decided to have another PC and leave the Favorite in another country to their luck, so I decided to bet on the price and characteristics for this Amd-based PC which I admired and never disappointed in anything, especially in video games, until now the work has been smooth, it has space and good technology, today I start to do more and more complex things and intensive use of ports and devices already given the size, I have not had the first failure so I recommend it

Amazing computer for an amazing price!

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Been out of the PC master race world for a while but decided I needed a decent rig for my stock trading so went with this cyberpowerpc and WOW I was impressed. Booted up just great out of the box, looked amazing, ran all my charting software with ease and played the games I installed on the max settings. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. For everyone who left review about one of the lights not working for the fans, I had the same issue but like someone else posted you just need to open the side and check for loose connections (in my case it had disconnected no fault to the company) For what I needed it for and some gaming on the side, along with the price highly recommended!

Q: QuestionIt has an Asrock B450m Pro4-cb Motherboard. I see the M.2 slot above the video card with "Ultra M.2 PCIe Gen3 x4" printed there. I see nothing in the Bios about this however. Can I install a BB SKU: 6324468 Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD without issues?
Asked by Dave.
- A:Answer I'll answer my own question above. Success! Bought a M.2 SSD Drive Mounting Screw from Amazon. Installed the Samsung 500GB 970 EVO Plus NMVe M.2 SSD V-NAND card on the Motherboard Ultra PCIe M.2 Gen3 X4 slot - easy peasy. Confirmed it was recognized in BIOS under Boot tab. Down loaded the latest NMV Driver from Samsung site and installed. Used Samsung Magician to update firmware. Used Samsung Migration Software to make it the new Boot Drive - it took a little over 2 minutes to finish. Enabled Ultra Fast Boot in Bios. Renamed the original boot SATA SSD and gave it a new Drive letter. PC finishes booting after turning it on in under 10 seconds now - Not complaining. I'm welcome : )

Q: QuestionHow are the HDDs configured for proper use? I bought this system on 4/29, but when it boots into windows, Disk management shows the 2GB drive and the .25GB SSD, but the SSD is brewed out and unusable. See attached SS. Tech support was no help.
Asked by Bert.
- A:Answer The system is configured using AMD’s new StoreMI technology. It uses machine intelligent software to merge the SSD and HDD into one large virtual C: instead of having to split your OS and data up into two drives. You should be seeing full SSD performance (it’s not a cache - more like a virtualization scheme) on the machine as the software always ensures what you are using regularily is stored on the SSD part of the StoreMI “drive”. It also means you don’t run out of capacity when downloading new games as you have 2.2TB of boot drive to work with. I use it for gaming - it’s pretty cool and convenient. If you wish to go back to a split drive setup, then you have two options: 1. Reinstall Windows onto the SSD or HDD. This will wipe all your data so back up first. The AMD help guide walks how to do this properly. 2. Leave the software installed and use the StoreMI utility to separate the SSD from the HDD.

Q: QuestionDoes it come with a good motherboard, or a cheap off brand one, and how much is the motherboard. I don’t know much about them. Thanks!
Asked by TaterTot.
- A:Answer It comes with a Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI Crossfire. It doesn't say anywhere on the specs, but the Wireless AC card that is included DOES include the Bluetooth 4.0 adapter. There's only one open PCIe slot available as the Radeon RX 580 Takes up the other.

Q: QuestionWhere is the headphone jack, there are two plugs at the top, but My headphone plug doesn’t fit, they are designed for Xbox one, but the plug is the same size
Asked by Daniel.
- A:Answer I plug into the green port on the back. It then pops up on my computer that I’m using headphones and then allows me to hear the games I’m playing or videos I’m watching.

Q: QuestionFreezing issues. I want this PC, but I've seen some reviews say it freezes a lot. Can anyone who owns this PC give any clarification?
Asked by Ronald.
- A:Answer I have not had any freeze issues with this CPU. The only issue I have had was with the WIFI unit. For some reason it had to be close to the WIFI signal to have the best results. Being that this computer is upstairs away from WIFI signal I resolved by simply hard wiring. I love the speed of the graphics, my favorite game War Thunder has an awesome 140 frames per second where my other computers only get 60 FPS. Pages load up at an awesome speed versus my other computers.

Q: QuestionWhy does it only show that I only have 2 T.B of memory and no 240 GB for solid state drive?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer It is using AMD’s StoreMI technology. Instead of having two separate disks it makes one large virtual disk (you get the same equivalent capacity and SSD performance) so you don’t have to worry about running out of space on your SSD boot drive. The StoreMI boot drive automatically ensures your active programs and data always run off the SSD part and the stuff you are not using off the HDD. The reason you can’t “see” the SSD or HDD anymore is because they are being automatically managed for you by StoreMI.
