I'll answer my own question above. Success! Bought a M.2 SSD Drive Mounting Screw from Amazon. Installed the Samsung 500GB 970 EVO Plus NMVe M.2 SSD V-NAND card on the Motherboard Ultra PCIe M.2 Gen3 X4 slot - easy peasy. Confirmed it was recognized in BIOS under Boot tab. Down loaded the latest NMV Driver from Samsung site and installed. Used Samsung Magician to update firmware. Used Samsung Migration Software to make it the new Boot Drive - it took a little over 2 minutes to finish. Enabled Ultra Fast Boot in Bios. Renamed the original boot SATA SSD and gave it a new Drive letter. PC finishes booting after turning it on in under 10 seconds now - Not complaining. I'm welcome : )
