QuestionIt has an Asrock B450m Pro4-cb Motherboard. I see the M.2 slot above the video card with "Ultra M.2 PCIe Gen3 x4" printed there. I see nothing in the Bios about this however. Can I install a BB SKU: 6324468 Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD without issues?

- Answer I'll answer my own question above. Success! Bought a M.2 SSD Drive Mounting Screw from Amazon. Installed the Samsung 500GB 970 EVO Plus NMVe M.2 SSD V-NAND card on the Motherboard Ultra PCIe M.2 Gen3 X4 slot - easy peasy. Confirmed it was recognized in BIOS under Boot tab. Down loaded the latest NMV Driver from Samsung site and installed. Used Samsung Magician to update firmware. Used Samsung Migration Software to make it the new Boot Drive - it took a little over 2 minutes to finish. Enabled Ultra Fast Boot in Bios. Renamed the original boot SATA SSD and gave it a new Drive letter. PC finishes booting after turning it on in under 10 seconds now - Not complaining. I'm welcome : )

QuestionSo this will be my first PC and i wanted to know if i can run FPS smoothly like Cod Black Ops 4. Also is it possible to connect a controller because some games are atrociously hard to control with keyboard and mouse

QuestionHow are the HDDs configured for proper use? I bought this system on 4/29, but when it boots into windows, Disk management shows the 2GB drive and the .25GB SSD, but the SSD is brewed out and unusable. See attached SS. Tech support was no help.

- Answer The system is configured using AMD’s new StoreMI technology. It uses machine intelligent software to merge the SSD and HDD into one large virtual C: instead of having to split your OS and data up into two drives. You should be seeing full SSD performance (it’s not a cache - more like a virtualization scheme) on the machine as the software always ensures what you are using regularily is stored on the SSD part of the StoreMI “drive”. It also means you don’t run out of capacity when downloading new games as you have 2.2TB of boot drive to work with. I use it for gaming - it’s pretty cool and convenient. If you wish to go back to a split drive setup, then you have two options: 1. Reinstall Windows onto the SSD or HDD. This will wipe all your data so back up first. The AMD help guide walks how to do this properly. 2. Leave the software installed and use the StoreMI utility to separate the SSD from the HDD.

- Answer I plug into the green port on the back. It then pops up on my computer that I’m using headphones and then allows me to hear the games I’m playing or videos I’m watching.

- Answer It comes with a Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI Crossfire. It doesn't say anywhere on the specs, but the Wireless AC card that is included DOES include the Bluetooth 4.0 adapter. There's only one open PCIe slot available as the Radeon RX 580 Takes up the other.

- Answer U gotta go to amd rewards, redeem code then click on the 3 months Xbox game pass for pc, it should then tell u to claim ur reward and it will send you to Microsoft website to redeem code, just sign in. Then look up on google or the browser u use Xbox game pass for pc, click on the Microsoft link and then click on join now and it will open a popup to download Xbox(Beta) for win10, if ur pc isn’t running the latest version of win 10 it will install a helper software to download the latest version after that u just gotta sign in to xbox(beta) and download the games u want. I just realized how long this answer was! :) hope this helps

The best way to purchase more RAM for the PC would be to look up the serial number on the side of the RAM online and purchase the exact same stick. QuestionFreezing issues. I want this PC, but I've seen some reviews say it freezes a lot. Can anyone who owns this PC give any clarification?

- Answer I have not had any freeze issues with this CPU. The only issue I have had was with the WIFI unit. For some reason it had to be close to the WIFI signal to have the best results. Being that this computer is upstairs away from WIFI signal I resolved by simply hard wiring. I love the speed of the graphics, my favorite game War Thunder has an awesome 140 frames per second where my other computers only get 60 FPS. Pages load up at an awesome speed versus my other computers.

- Answer It is using AMD’s StoreMI technology. Instead of having two separate disks it makes one large virtual disk (you get the same equivalent capacity and SSD performance) so you don’t have to worry about running out of space on your SSD boot drive. The StoreMI boot drive automatically ensures your active programs and data always run off the SSD part and the stuff you are not using off the HDD. The reason you can’t “see” the SSD or HDD anymore is because they are being automatically managed for you by StoreMI.

QuestionOne of my fans is spinning and working, but the rgb lights are not working the other 2 are fine, is there anyway to solve this ? Also, when i download the software for the mouse to program it, the software keeps saying the mouse is undetectable?

- Answer I had the same issue with a fan RGB light not on. I took the side panel off opposite the window and found the bulk of wiring was zip tied too tight and pulled loose one of the 3 pin fan 5v cables from the fan controller card. Look for the PCB with all the thin fan power and RGB cables going into it.

QuestionI just got the PC, and after downloading Speccy the CPU seems to be running hot at around 80c to 85c. Any suggestions on why this might be happening or a fix? The fan on CPU is running normally around 1100 RPM. Thanks in advance!

- Answer I have the same computer and it doesn't have a CD drive. You'll need an external CD drive to view/access your DVDs.

- Answer Unbox the PC. Take the glass panel off and remove the protective foam. Check cords and if any are loose push them gently back into place. Make sure to screw in the ententes on the back so you have internet. Power the computer on and have it connected to a monitor or tv. Windows start up will begin on screen. Use your keyboard or the one that came with it to select the options (use tab or arrow keys and enter key for some.) windows will finish setting up and then you can use the pc.

- Answer I just had the same thing. You should have a email with your Receipt that has a number to call and they should be able to send you the code to your email. And remember that you have to claim the code at AMD’s rewards website then you get another code for the windows store
