“One of my fans is spinning and working, but the rgb lights are not working the other 2 are fine, is there anyway to solve this ? Also, when i download the software for the mouse to program it, the software keeps saying the mouse is undetectable?”

I had the same issue with a fan RGB light not on. I took the side panel off opposite the window and found the bulk of wiring was zip tied too tight and pulled loose one of the 3 pin fan 5v cables from the fan controller card. Look for the PCB with all the thin fan power and RGB cables going into it.
