So far this computer has been amazing, super fast and able to handle everything I have been putting it through. I have been running games getting 80-100 FPS and while having OBS operating at the same time! Couldn't beat the price and the quality of this machine!

Well here I am returning it a second time in two months can't seem to get it to work properly even with the trained geek squad in action having to leave it overnight possibly two or three days before I will be summoned to pick it up having to drive 40 miles one way make it on my time to accommodate their service hours... Then I guess we will see how long it last this time.

Best Buy is good. CyberpowerPC is crap. Don't ever buy a computer sold to third party! They use near the cheapest components they can find when sending these units to 3rd party vendors such as Best Buy. Avoid! Aside from that the GPU had a bad droop already happening as well.

Thee worst computer I’ve ever gotten. Yeah it’s $850 so a decent deal but not worth a dime, it’s very slow and it freezes every 20 minutes so I can’t do anything on it and I have to manually shut it down every time it freezes. I definitely regret buying this and do not recommend getting this specific pc. I’m actually very disappointed.

I've had this computer for a couple days, and it's been working very well. I got it for video editing and animating, and I can say that Sony Vegas and Blender work fine on here with no lag. I also tried Rocksmith 2014, and I got at least 60fps. Specs wise this computer is awesome. The mouse and keyboard are also very responsive. Now when I first got this computer, I did encounter some issues. This wasn't the fault of the computer itself, but of the shoddy instructions that come with it to set it up. When I turned it on, I saw that two of the three fans weren't lit up. This was simply because the cords for the leds had come loose during shipping. The problem was that the cords for the leds was on the opposite side of the pc case (the part that you cannot see into.) The instruction manual does tell you to check for loose cables, but it does not mention that you can take both sides of the computer tower off. Make sure that you do that, as the cords for the fan leds are located on the side of the computer that is not visible. I believe that this is the reason why some people have complained about the fans not lighting up and not being able to fix it. Secondly, I haven't encountered any freezing, but I suspect that this happens because of a loose hard drive connection. The hard drive cable is located on the same side as the fan led connections (the hidden side of the case) so I suspect that most people didn't connect it. I certainly wouldn't have had my fans been working originally. The hard drive is near the bottom of the case, just make sure to push the cable all the way in. Lastly, make sure to attach the black antennas for the internet connection into the back of the computer. I have no idea why this wasn't in the instructions manual, but it's very important. I spent at least 2 hours researching why my internet wasn't working, only for the cause to be something so simple. Make sure that they twist in all the way as well; if they don't you'll have to switch them (they're probably on wrong.) TL;DR: Great computer with awesome performance, setup instructions need to be more clear. For the price, I'm pretty sure that this is one of the best prebuilt pcs that you can get.

So the computer ran fine for the first couple days. Than all of a sudden it kept crashing on web searches and restarting on its own. Lucky we were still in the return time frame so off it went back to Best buy.

It doesn't save information and is constantly under repair with Best Buy. Thank God I bought the Geek Squad protection with it.

Freezes up almost daily less than a month after purchase. Not even when I am running games. I am very disappointed in the quality of this item.

The price point was too good to be true. I could never get it to boot up.

This pc freezes all of the time, looks amazing but just cant stand the freezing

For a while now i've been wanting a new PC built for gaming, and i don't have time or space to build my own. Saw this on sale, and i snagged it up. It runs pretty fast, it handles games pretty well. My only issue with it is it freezes from time to time. It's not the occasional "oh, looks like i gotta take a break, i've been gaming for 10 hours so its gotta cool". No, I'll have just booted the thing up, gave it time to start up, i'm playing online with one of my friends and my computer freezes. It's not just with some games, it's also with my browser as well. Maybe some drivers installed improperly, or the RAM isn't installed correctly, nothing felt loose when i looked into the machine myself. I really do enjoy this PC for the speeds, and storage capacity initially installed. But the freezing issues is just something that i'm not a fan of.

Obviously to get the best of the best you will have to spend at least $3k on a CyberPower Tower, but this one will suffice for a budget. The specs are impressive for the price. The PC runs perfect, fast as all hell and it runs games flawlessly (League of Legends, GTAV, Forza Horizon 4) and usually the PC runs games on High or Ultra graphics settings! Thank you CyberPower and thank you AMD Raedon! Lol

So far I've had the PC for about two weeks and it's given me no problems at all. Very rarely does it stutter and when it does it's always quick to come back. For the price range it's not that bad. Would recommend it be used as a light gaming PC but i use it for graphics design and it works wonderfully. Nice buy.

the best PC i have ever had i had a PC with a gtx 1050ti butt i love this pc you will probably going to need to overclock the ram, in fortnite on all low setting i get 300 fps ish and epic i get about 100 fps but my setting are all low except my view distance is on epic and 1920x1080 i gett about 280 fps and i can stream and only lose like 10 fps but when im recording i lose 5 pr 6 fps good pc for the price

This is the first Windows machine I have owned since Windows XP. I really enjoy how well this machine performs. I'm running 3.3 ghz and everything seems good. Coming from a MacBook Pro, I can already see this machine outperforming my early 2011 MBP. I also bought this machine for upgradeability. I was thinking about building a PC, but the price was right and a good way to make sure you have a functional machine. I have 3 monitors, running programs on each and sometimes playing a game. The Fans are not loud and sound like a soft blow, even while playing games. I wish I knew what PSU was in this machine, but I feel like I should just upgrade it sooner than later. Great job on a "Bang for your Buck" gaming PC.

This is a really good computer with amazing specs for a reasonable price, in fact it is a really great price for this computer. It is able to handle almost any game at high settings and has tons of storage.

It runs really well for it's price and as a beginner to pcs, it's perfect. I will say I had a bit of difficulty making sure the cords were in place (as instructed) due to the model depicted being different than the actual item. Nonetheless I figured it out after a few moments, and it didn't really affect my view of the pc considering that has nothing to do with how it runs (unless the cords are improperly placed of course). So far it's done a good job and I have no regrets when it comes to buying.

If you're looking for a good PC to casually game with high graphics and good performance, this PC is for you. Good value as well.
