Buyer Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off this PC looks fantastic but is plagued by issues right out of the box I bought this back in April 2019 and it is now October 2019 . I will start off with saying that the rgb fan controller part was installed incorrectly from the factory with pins shorting out against the case and another one of the fans not even plugged in due to the plug being a mutated blob of plastic, I should have stopped there and taken it back but i decided to keep it as I was able to replace that one fan and and plugged in the other. Next we will fast forward to August 6 2019 I was playing Far Cry 5 on Medium graphics settings and without the XFX 580 being overclocked, I played this game countless times before this on ultra setting, also not overclocked then all the sudden I hear this pftzzz sound and see and smell smoke, so can you say fried graphics card luckily I got in touch with XFX and they set up a warranty return for me which due to my own issues had to request an extension for the replacement and so far the customer service at XFX has been very slow but good so far. I forgot to mention that since day one this graphics card gave a blank Green screen and sometimes a yellow screen with red and green squares about a centimeter squared across the whole screen again I should have boxed up this piece of Garbage and taken back but decided to keep it. Next My friend loaned me his Nvidia GTX 960 so I can at least do a few things (installed for over a month )until I get my replacement card, however I will have to wait as well you guessed it another issue, the Motherboard fried on me last night at this point I will sell the graphic card replacement and totally boycott CyberPower PC as it seems they use sub quality parts, or the Quality control must be high on the job. Anyways I hope this review helps and do yourself a favor do not buy this product until Cyber power fixes the sub par quality now I know I did not pay a fortune for this PC but still at a little over $1000.00 I would expect it to at least last more then 6 months especially if I am not Overclocking it and keeping it dust free regularly. I was not originally going to write a review but enough is enough and I would hate to see others go through what I have so in short Buyer Beware

Started good but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started fine for around two weeks, but then freezes began and kept getting more frequent. Eventually was unusable. Luckily they let us exchange it but sadly it was only for store credit.

Died on the last day of its warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only difference between my product and the one listed here is that I have a GTX-2070 video card. My PC had the occasion to just shut down or freeze from the first week after purchase. On its last day, the screen flashed all sorts of weird colors and then went black. It's still in service, over a week later, and no one seems to know what the problem is. At least, no one has communicated to me that they know what the problem is. I have, however, been told by the in-store tech that it doesn't seem to be the video card. So far, I have no complaints about Geek Squad service but I would not recommend this PC.

Didn't come with SSD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As the title says, I bought the computer and after going through a few installs, I quickly realized it was missing the SSD. I am returning this rig as soon as possible and demanding a full refund or a rig that is guarenteed to have all the parts.
