Horrible warranty repair policy.

Not more than a week out of the return policy I've been experiencing system crashes, and power up issues of the video card. Thought it might be a lose card, or a loss power connection so I reseated both. Then I did a full reset of the OS in case there was a driver or software issue. Now I just found out that Best Buy doesn't handle warranty repairs of items sold by them and I now have to pay for shipping to send it to Cyberpower PC, and be with out a computer for who knows how long.

It's very quiet and runs very fast due to the 1 TB SSD. I can't wait to play my favorite pc games on here!
